Last October, I bought an Audi Q5 from them. Everything was perfect, but unfortunately, there was an issue with the Bluetooth system. This was unexpected and intermittent, so I didn’t notice it when I tested the car before buying. It was a corner-case issue that couldn’t be easily spotted, and it wasn’t the dealer’s fault either.
To fix the issue, the entire Bluetooth system had to be replaced. Audi quoted me $7,500 CAD for the repair, which was extremely disappointing. However, Amit and Nandu supported me throughout the process and worked on alternative solutions. In the end, the solution they found worked and cost less than 10% of what Audi had quoted.
This was a huge help. I highly recommend them because they don’t abandon customers after a purchase. You can rely on them—they will find a solution.
