The Loan Arranger

I'm siding with my wife, Tara on this, because of how poorly she was treated. They want to keep saying the payment schedule, etc was discussed at time of pick up of the car. It was not. An old man dr poorly she was treated. They want to keep saying the payment schedule, etc was discussed at time of pick up of the car. It was not. An old man dropped the car off to Tara and made her sign a lot of papers but no discussion of payment schedule was made. We were under the impression this would be a monthly payment and when Adam said the 26th would be the payment date, and no other payment date was mentioned, Tara thought this was a monthly payment. The Loan Arranger is lying and saying Tara was told all this and she was not. I am actually surprised to hear about all of this because she was so happy when she got approved and thought her payments would be lower and 1 payment per month. . I'm shocked the car was delivered to us with a crap battery. We went to use the car in the AM (not having anything on) and the battery already failed. CAA says it is at 19% battery life and we will need a new one. The Loan Arranger isn't offering to help pay for anything and we just got it off the lot 4 weeks ago approx. The Loan Arranger is in Toronto and we live in Niagara Falls. Terribly customer service. Tara and I are both in the customer service industry and we want to leave our customers happy, not miserable and broke like we are now. More
