This is a beautiful dealership that must be fairly new. It is well laid out, bright and spacious. Plenty of parking all around the building. Many new cars to see and test drive. Danielle helped us all through the process of purchasing a new car, from the test drive to introducing us to the manager and ordering the vehicle. She is quite knowledgable on the operation of the all electric Leaf and even after purchase had told us to call her and or just come in for her help with any questions we had with our new car. Two days after our purchase we took advantage of her helpfulness and she got us going with the Nissan app and a few questions on the way the car determines remaining kilometers with the fan/AC operation. She had surprised us with a gift basket on picking up our car which we were very grateful to her for doing that. She has gone above and beyond what I have experienced in the past with buying a new car. The experience she provided us was very pleasurable and we look forward to continuing our relationship with her. Chris (manager) is a pleasure to talk with and deserves a few words of praise as well. He is very knowledgeable and on a few occasions we stopped in to talk with him about our new vehicle as it was at the factory and would take six weeks to come in. My wife has a 2025 Nissan Kicks, which got a cracked windshield before we moved from Alberta, and as such it would not pass the Out Of Province Inspection, which meant we couldn't get insurance, registr windshield before we moved from Alberta, and as such it would not pass the Out Of Province Inspection, which meant we couldn't get insurance, registration, etc. And our 60 day window was closing to get this done (after that she wouldn't be allowed to drive the car). Nobody could get this wind shield - we had windshield with one on back order, and we spoke to four Nissan dealerships - none of them could get one, Out of desperation, I stopped in at xx.Catharines Nissan and spoke to McKayla, to see if there was anything we could do. She asked if we were okay with an after market windshield (which according to everyone else I spoke to just wasn't an option). I said yes and 10 minutes later she called me up, had found one and we booked it in the following Monday for installation. WHY COULD NO OTHER NISSAN DEALERSHIP DO THAT?!!! Honestly, this has been stressing us out for a couple of weeks, yet this was the first thing McKayla suggested to me. Danielle was exceptionally helpful, yes we got to test the vehicle out and the standard faire, but she went out of her way to text and call and make sure everything worked out with as little hiccups and v the vehicle out and the standard faire, but she went out of her way to text and call and make sure everything worked out with as little hiccups and visits as possible.
