Bob is one of the nicest people i have ever encountered. He gave me excellent service when i went in for an oil change. I brought up a tire rotation and he said they would check the tires to see if they needed it, i feel like a lot of places would do something that was not needed if it meant more money for them and I really appreciated this. The service was quick and Bob personally called me when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When i came back to the shop he showed me a whole list of everything they looked for. He walked me through what was inspected and even though nothing was wrong i value nissan for doing this because this helps prevent big problems by ensuring everything in the car is running smoothly

My story started by a tire rupture, then the spare tire caused the AWD system to heat and I called Collins Nissan, I got Samantha on the other line, sorry can't make my appointment for tire change, my AWD will probably get damaged too. Samantha offered few solutions after checking with the Specialists (+1point), and she didn't pressure me to make a decision right away, she said to call back after whatever decision I made (+1point). A friend helped me to get there, even tho I missed my appointment, Samantha still managed to squeeze me in the same day (+1point). I went in and out, they fixed my problem in record time (+1point). She told me to call if I had any questions about the work done (+1point). Thank you Samantha Galati for everything! I have no doubts someone dedicated to helping others like yourself will get far in life (+5points).

"Took Good Care of my Murano"

Samm took good care of my Murano even when we had to move up my scheduled appointment by one day due to a worn out starter and a no start situation. My 2009 Murano, with over 329,000 kms on it, has never let me down, until recently when it wouldn't start at the end of the business day. Samm and the rest of the service staff quickly helped me get my Murano into the dealer for the next morning, determined the starter was the cause, informed me of my replacement options, ordered in the part that day, installed it, performed my other scheduled work as well and had me back on the road at the end of the day! Great work Samm!
