Leasing this vehicle was an extremely wonderful and enjoyable experience in every way! The dealership is conveniently located, clean and bright with many able and willing personell that are ready to help at any moment. Sales associates were knowledgeable and very friendly. "Friendly and no charge for extras"

Always friendly. The service rep noticed that battery in my key fob was getting low. She asked if she could replace it, I said yes. There was no charge. The wheel well cowering had separated, a few clips had broken. They fixed it, no charge. On another service call i asked if they could retrieve a credit card that slipped under the coffee holder. No problem, retrieved and no charge. My wife and I have had other instances where we expected a charge only to be pleasantly surprised ... no charge. At London Lexus they don’t nickel and dime you. They are really want to make sure you are happy.
