Exemplary service as always, from Karen's welcoming to the updates provided. Lexus goes out of its way to provide customer satisfaction. Am in the loop for another car purchase and on the basis of service provided would not think of going elsewhere. The Lexus customer experience is a standard in the industry that is hard to match.

Maintenance Service plus Warranty replacement of a Brand New Winter tire that picked up a nail and was too close to the Sidewall for a repair. Boy am I every glad my new Michelin tires came with a 3 year warranty.

"New Lexus Owner"

It was clear to me from my first visit that things are done in a way to make customers feel as comfortable as possible. From the amenities they have in the waiting area, to the way they warm up the vehicles for test drives, it is evident that little details are not left out. All the staff I dealt with were genuinely friendly and easy-going. Susan was especially knowledgeable on the product I was interested in. Her passion for Lexus sport cars is infectious and I am positive that I made the right decision. Kaitlyn was also very genuine and personable, and Romeo was very helpful with the tips he gave me for caring for the leather seats. All my expectations were exceeded and then some by the first class, genuine treatment I received. I have no reservations about recommending Lexus of London to my loved ones.

"Excellent Sales Staff, Service Department, Stand Behind Prod"

Great Sales and Service staff specially Natalie Marsh who made purchase very easy for me. I bought Pre-owned Lexus ES350 last week. It was a great purchasing experience with Lexus of London. I had two Lexus options to choose from: one was in Ottawa that I saw and one was in this dealership. Natalie, Lauren and Stephanie made this purchase very easy for me by giving me confidence and peace of mind. They delivered the car at my house all the way from London to Mississauga, the very next day. After delivery, I found windshield crack and windshield sprayer not working. I contact back to Natalie and she coordinate with Lauren and Stephanie to have my issue resolved. Stephanie talked to Service manager and she arranged a loaner car with driver name Rob all the way from London to Mississauga second time to take my car back for repair. It made me feel very comfortable and this took away a lot of stress from me and save my work time. I never had this kind of service before in the past when I bought pre-owned car. They replaced the windshield and fix the spray problem. This courtesy service was extremely helpful and stress free for me. In short, I would say Lexus of London is the best dealership who will stand behind their product and make every effort to make your purchase less successful and easy Natalie, Lauren and Stephanie were very helpful all along. Thanks to all of you specially Natalie. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase Lexus or Toyota to buy from here. Distance does not matter to them. Buy with confidence.
