Had the worst possible customer experience buying my car here. Lambri was outright unprofessional in dealing for my used car purchase. I was really looking forward to a vehicle that I saw but Lambri was not here. Lambri was outright unprofessional in dealing for my used car purchase. I was really looking forward to a vehicle that I saw but Lambri was not at all interested in making a deal. Instead of quoting their best price for my trade, he insisted me to tell him why he should buy my car. He even rejected that 2 months ago they made an offer to buy my car at a price much higher (25%). Even when I showed him the emails with the he rejected the fact that they quoted. More

He was responded quickly to my questions even when he was with the service I received from Parkview BMW. My sales agent Bobby Milonakis was amazing. He was responded quickly to my questions even when he was off the clock. He guaranteed me that I would be wowed when I picked up my 2018 X1 and he delivered! The vehicle was delivered in meticulous fashion. Bobby provided me with all the options available to me but didn’t pressure me into buying anything extra that I didn’t want. His personable demeanour and calm approach was exactly what I needed to experience after several less professional sales pitches at other dealerships.
