During the pandemic, BMW's inventory was running low a customer service that is sorely lacking these days. I have been a long time customer of BMW. During the pandemic, BMW's inventory was running low and my lease was coming to an end. I made the mistake of going to a competitor instead. After a series of mishaps and miscommunications on the part of the competitor, I went back to Parkview BMW in the hope of maybe finding a new car to lease. Not only was Parkview BMW accommodating insofar as welcoming me back to the Parkview BMW family, but Wesley, in anticipation of my visit, scouted his inventory based on my historical personal preferences and had my dream car sitting on the lot to show me.
