My car as been in the shop for 3 weeks. Broken valve spring and needs new head. Part accessibility is the issue. I am concerned since I am at the mercy of the dealership to tell me the correct diagnosis and the best way to repair my car. I have to trust what I am being told. A little scary being this is a very expensive fix.
Jason , the service advisor as been very good in keeping me informed and showing concern for me. The dealership as also been very good in providing me with a good loner vehicle for the duration. Now all I am hoping for is that my car will be repaired in an excellent and reliable manner.
