"Lacking in many areas while making customer unhappy"

Where do I start. 1) got a full rust protect treatment. Was told I would never need to look back. Two full trim pieces full length of car fall off because of rust. They offered nothing! Not even to install back under warranty or cost? Wth. 2) My personal mechanic says both rear wheel bearings need replaced. I take care to these guys for warranty and they say only is bad. On drive home other one still sounds bad. Week later go back and low and behold other one needs done but now have to pay deductible again. 3) second wheel bearing done and they charge for all lug nuts replaced because they were seized. Well that's because they either put them on too tight the week earlier or bad bearing? 4) wheel squeaking on way home after bearing done. And a balancing weight falls off in driveway. Called for appointment a d get a call not taking any blame and only blaming bad parts on breaks (because not done buy them) really?? 5) During the front wheel bearing replacement someine hit fender and a very large 3 inch x 2 inch chunk of paint chipped off. I sent photo and was told it had rust under it because it showed in pic. Surface rust will show up on rotors on your car in 24 hours.. Same thing. 6) booking appointments needs work when it comes to passing along inormation and listening to customer Nothing but reasons other than their fault. I will never buy or get service at this business again and would not recommend them at all. P. S. There are some very good people that work here and this not directed at them.

"Jeep Cherokee exhaust repair"

My 2015 Cherokee exhaust flex pipes failed. Total bill was just under $1900. The parts were ordered and the work was completed. The service advisor Jason handled the situation in a very proficient manner and was surprised as I was at the cost of parts required. The service I received was excellent, I would certainly not recommend a Jeep Cherokee to anyone as I have been a frequent visitor for numerous problems.

"Shari McKilligan and Jamie Baverstock"

My family has purchased a number of vehicles from Shari McKilligan and at least one from Jamie. We couldn't have asked for better service. I always am greeted like an old friend and get hugs every time I visit. I was never pushed into a choice and given lots of time to make that choice. Shari has wonderful patience and answered all questions with her calm, caring professional manner. I feel like 'family' when I go to this dealership. Their caring goes beyond making a sale. "Worst Dealership Ever!!!!!!! "

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to for service! They first tried to tell me there was no issue with my car, then told me it’s was warranty but it was, then broke my car more then when I brought it in, then when I came back again for the final work to be done to fix there mistake my soft top roof was covered in dirty hand prints on the inside again after they told me it was all good to go. The service girl knows nothing! The mechanics can’t even put a roof on. You will wait extremely long for all service. I would never come back here

"Destroyed my Grand Cherokee"

The service at this dealership is HORRIBLE. BEWARE before taking your vehicle in for repairs of any kind. I had a nightmare experience when they were repairing my backup camera on a vehicle I literally drove off the lot DAYS before. First, they told me it was an AFTERMARKET camera!! They sold it to me!! after disputing that claim and finally agreeing to complete the work under warrantee the nightmare continued. I ended up returning 7 times for them to repair other items that were broken during the "replacement of the camera". They broke every clip holding on the interior panels of my doors and trunk. When the trunk opened the interior panel was hanging by the internal wires! How do you not notice this!?!?! My passenger seatbelt was also pinned internally in the door panel and not functional, both of my rear light covers had been smashed and my drivers side air vent was smashed and not functional. As I slow discovered each of these items it meant repeated visits to have them repaired, often to be told that the parts were not available resulting in yet another visit. After finally moving past this I have never returned for repairs or work on my Jeep. I only bring the car in for oil changes to keep my warrantee valid. This week, I brought my Jeep in for an oil change. Pretty simple right? I wish... After picking up my car I noticed that the oil was pouring out and leaving huge puddles everywhere. When I brought it back to be fixed I was told that they cracked a gasket. They confirmed that they fixed it, cleaned it up and it was ready to go. When I returned to find my Jeep with a puddle of oil under it, AGAIN, the service centre was closed. I still have ne Jeep, 3 days later, for an OIL CHANGE!

"bad safety"

I purchased a used car from BMC it was sold certified. I took it to another shop because i have heard bad things about BMC. the other shop said there was no way it should have passed the certification, the brakes were all seized on it. took it back to BMC to be fixed. when i picked it back up they said it was good to go, i didn't trust them so i took it back to the other shop and they told me they did some work on the back brakes but did not touch the fronts. so back to BMC to get them to fix it again. in no way should i have had to take it back twice to have a safety certification done properly.
