"Excellent Customer Service"

Dropped off my vehicle for routine maintenance on May 14, 2019. Received excellent customer service, from beginning to end. Excellent communication from all the staff, procedures were explained in detail, prices were very reasonable, and my vehicle was ready for me before noon. The staff was very kind, respectful and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back!

"Horrible customer service experience"

Purchased brake pads from Sunridge Nissan and had our mechanic install due to the cost being ridiculous at the dealership. 4 months later the pads are worn out and now there is damage to the rotor as well and I need to replace 2 rear. Nissan took in for inspection, confirmed that parts sold were not good and are replacing. However, they want me to pay now almost $350 to get the pads replaced, plus the rotors machined or replaced at extra cost. Due to the fact I did not have them install the original time, now I have to pay again, waste my time going back and forth and all the are willing to do is give a 10% discount on the labor which is almost nothing. Definitely will not be going back for any additional service to this dealership as they cannot be trusted and are unwilling to assist with any customer service or retention offerings. In addition, they told me last service call that I needed to immediately look at replacing my tires as they were at 4/32, when I had a 2nd inspection done by COSTCO they showed me this was not right. I asked Nissan to re check at this apt and the tires are showing 5/32....so instead of getting more wear apparently mine got better??? so yeah definitely lost my trust in them for good.

"No documentation and followthrough on service issues"

I can't find an email address for a manger there, and get nowhere on the phone whenever I've called in. I purchased my car there in 2013 and have been going to this location for service pretty much the entire time since then (went to Stadium for a brief period). Every time I went in, I mentioned I was having issued with my volume button/stereo where it cuts in and out - and every time they apparently checked this and saw no issues with it. Was in last fall for maintenance and brought this up again as it is getting worse! When I picked my car up, I was told that the volume button and whole display is defective. But is no longer covered by my warranty, Convenient that my problem presents itself after the warranty expires, when I've been bringing it up for 5+ years! There was also apparently no documentation on my file that this has ever been brought up. It's a $5000 replacement! I discussed this with the lady that was helping me (she's no longer there) and she was going to review with a manager - I never heard back. I also emailed them myself - no response. I had also inquired as to the price to replace my speaker (separate issue) and was advised $60. Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I got an email confirming an appointment the next day, which I didn't book. Called in to find out what happened and the lady that answered advised me this was an error on their part. I advised her I would be booking an appt soon, and asked to confirm if the price of the speaker was still $60. She advised there were no notes on my file as to this - so she couldn't advise??? Also advised her I would still like to speak with a manager regarding the volume/radio issue - she advised there were no notes on file regarding this entire conversation with the person last time I was in either? She was to get a manager to call me back. Few days pass, no contact from manager again. Guy calls me to book an appointment, told him I'm still waiting to hear from a manager and I would call them to book appointment when this gets sorted out. What the xxxx you guys? This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The lack of documentation is extremely unprofessional and I find it extremely shady that a problem I have been complaining about for years is only confirmed after my warranty expires! In my industry, I actually get the opportunity to refer people to dealerships - rest assured - you are NOT one of the dealerships I refer to. Please get your crap together and work on your professionalism. Would NEVER purchase from you guys again. The sale was great - but has been miserable since that transaction!

"SCAMMED SERVICE"

I took my Nissan Rouge to Sunridge Nissan for service. My passenger side mirror cant be adjusted and my blower motor has abnormal sounds. GHALIB AHMAD diagnosed the problem and quoted us $475 to get it fixed. They kept the vehicle for 2 days...but lo and behold, the motor wasn’t fix and the mirror is fixed “TEMPORARILY”. We called and was told that we have to bring the vehicle back and we will be charge AGAIN for $485 for parts and labour. I was so PISSED and DISAPPOINTED because I know it was a big SCAM. I bought my NISSAN ROUGE “brand new” inSunridge and will NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!

"Scammed"

My Mother bought a 2012 Nissan Murano from the Preowned Sunridge Nissan. At the time of purchase she was told that they would fix the lever that wasn't working (for the rear seats) and she would get free oil changes for 2 years. I go to the dealership for an oil change I was denied. They said they didn't have it on file and no records showing they owed me anything. Furthermore on the lever issue, since my mother didn't have time to have it repaid at the time of purchase, they told her to come back anytime and it will be fixed, the Nissan Service started asking us to pay $79.99 for diagnosis. I am happy with the car it drives really good. The Music System (Bose) is amazing I love it but, I would never recommend anyone buying a car from Sunridge Nissan ever.
