I can't find an email address for a manger there, and get nowhere on the phone whenever I've called in.
I purchased my car there in 2013 and have been going to this location for service pretty much the entire time since then (went to Stadium for a brief period). Every time I went in, I mentioned I was having issued with my volume button/stereo where it cuts in and out - and every time they apparently checked this and saw no issues with it.
Was in last fall for maintenance and brought this up again as it is getting worse! When I picked my car up, I was told that the volume button and whole display is defective. But is no longer covered by my warranty, Convenient that my problem presents itself after the warranty expires, when I've been bringing it up for 5+ years! There was also apparently no documentation on my file that this has ever been brought up. It's a $5000 replacement! I discussed this with the lady that was helping me (she's no longer there) and she was going to review with a manager - I never heard back. I also emailed them myself - no response. I had also inquired as to the price to replace my speaker (separate issue) and was advised $60.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago. I got an email confirming an appointment the next day, which I didn't book. Called in to find out what happened and the lady that answered advised me this was an error on their part. I advised her I would be booking an appt soon, and asked to confirm if the price of the speaker was still $60. She advised there were no notes on my file as to this - so she couldn't advise??? Also advised her I would still like to speak with a manager regarding the volume/radio issue - she advised there were no notes on file regarding this entire conversation with the person last time I was in either? She was to get a manager to call me back.
Few days pass, no contact from manager again. Guy calls me to book an appointment, told him I'm still waiting to hear from a manager and I would call them to book appointment when this gets sorted out.
What the xxxx you guys? This is some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The lack of documentation is extremely unprofessional and I find it extremely shady that a problem I have been complaining about for years is only confirmed after my warranty expires!
In my industry, I actually get the opportunity to refer people to dealerships - rest assured - you are NOT one of the dealerships I refer to. Please get your crap together and work on your professionalism.
Would NEVER purchase from you guys again. The sale was great - but has been miserable since that transaction!
