Hummer H3 wasn’t even on your car list
"Worst service ever. Trying to replace chrome with black ugly stuff for recall. 6 hrs and they repaired nothing and called to say they don't have parts! I booked an appt a week in advance for them to order them. They don’t have the parts??? A Hummer with a Chrome pkg doesn’t want some cheap xxx black air vent attached to the front of our car. That was recall number one fail. You want chrome? Pay $149 shop rates and buy the product our recall is replaced with black not chrome louvre. Second recall Hvac connection wire that they ordered in or at least said they did a week before the reason for the wait. Ya they don’t have that part. Wrong one they had need to order in. So let me recap: 6 hrs no car, no shuttle that was booked. No updated texts on progress. No parts in stock when I waited for them to be ordered. Not able to replace recalled item with glue as recall states but instead put ugly black panel on hood. Then say they want to charge me shop rates to get my original one installed. Ask for manager. Refused to speak to him, “why I already talked to him?” Never mind. Step away from my vehicle. I will go somewhere else. No you can’t keep it for days while you try to order parts. What kind of gong show are you running here? Unfreakingbelievable!!! You should go under fast with that service! Never again!"
"I took my vehicle in to have the electrical checked. After an hour and $150 they not only could not find the problem but they also destroyed my entertainment system, read camera and clock. Then they expected ME to pay to have that diagnosed??? Never again, "
