A big thanks to Robert. He was very helpful in explaining what all of my options were pertaining to my brake service. He didn't try to oversell getting my brakes done, as they were good enough to take me well into the next service, I appreciated that as my finances are limited and if he had advised me to get them done instead of waiting, even tho it would have been a hardship, I would have had them serviced. He also told me what to expect at my next service. I liked that fact that my services can be pulled up by computer so he was also able to tell me when the last time my air filter had been changed. The shuttle driver was busy when my car was ready so Robert even picked me up himself. I didn't expect it, but did appreciate the fact that he remembered that I had a new dog at home and was worried about it being left alone too long! Just an example of the small things that add up to excellent service that goes beyond the technical aspect.
