The quality and integrity of sales staff was refreshing. I was and out of province buyer who purchase vehicle over the phone. On delivery I found they had Honesty represented the vehicle. Went well out of their way to Delivered vehicle 1.5 hrs away from dealership. The sales manager suggested that if the vehicle fail any aspect of the out of provenance inspection to submit the bill for reimbursement. The braking brake fail. I received a check for the full amount promptly. I found Chalet GM straight up and professional. Chris Bosman

As a business own myself, I'm always conscious of how I'm tread as a customer. I gave Chalet GM a high mark for how they were to deal with while purchasing a use truck. But what impress me the most they continued their " the customer is King " attitude after the deal was made. Being an out of province buyer I would need to get the vehicle inspected before I could register vehicle. After the deal was signed and I took delivery the sales manager told me if the inspection relieves a problem, have it fixed and sent me the bill. The Park Brake need to be repaired, I sent Chalet the bill and a few days later I received a check in the mail for the amount of the repair.

"I needed a new door key cut for my Chevy truck, it seemed..."

I needed a new door key cut for my Chevy truck, it seemed like like an easy process and only cost about $40, however the key didn't work. And instead of doing the right thing and giving me back my money the dealership insisted I pay $40 for something that doesn't work.

mazing customer service I am generally skeptical when it comes to car salesman. When I met with Rob King and his Father Al King my skepticism was squashed These guys are about people not cars What I mean by that is there more interested in putting people into vehicles that fit there needs and budgets. I was encouraged to try several vehicles in my price range and ever after I made my selection we revisited all of my needs to make sure they were met long before I put pen to paper to seal the deal. When ordering an upgrade for my vehicle the sales rep Jackie King in parts and accessories made sure I was satisfied with my choices in purchase. They are the real deal from top to bottom Please if your looking go talk to them before you make a final decision and tell them William send yah Peace everyone
