We had to make some last-minute adjustments to our schedule and honestly felt bad putting that on him, but he was incredibly accommodating and worked hard to get his team involved and support us every step of the way. Prashant was fantastic, and Jonathan, the manager, was awesome as well. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, honest, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we were happy. They also did a great job on the price and were completely transparent about the costs. There were no surprise or hidden fees, which we really appreciated. If you've seen CBC Marketplace's recent coverage on dealership fees, you'll understand why that transparency means so much. We live in Waterdown, but we would absolutely make the drive to Parkview Honda again. It's worth the trip to work with people who are this honest, helpful, and genuinely care about their customers. Review Rating: 1/5 Stars Employees Dealt With: Greg Chisholm (Service Manager), Leslie Cooper / Service Staff I am deeply disappointed with the level of care and customer service provided by the service department at 401 Dixie Kia. Over my last two visits, a clear and frustrating pattern has emerged: every single time I bring my vehicle in for service, I leave the dealership with a completely new, unaddressed issue that wasn't there before. The first time this happened, the secondary issue was only minimally and poorly rectified after I left initial feedback. My second visit has left me with an outstanding issue that has yet to be resolved, and the dealership's complete breakdown in communication since then is unacceptable. I have given this establishment multiple opportunities to make things right. I filled out three separate service surveys detailing my experience, expecting a standard customer care follow-up. Silence. I then escalated the matter directly by emailing the Service Manager, Greg Chisholm, to his personal dealership email to explain the situation. He has completely ignored my email and has failed to return my phone calls. To complement the lack of leadership from management, the front-line female service staff member I dealt with was incredibly dismissive and condescending when I brought up my concerns. Leaving a client with a malfunctioning vehicle after a service appointment is bad enough, but completely stonewalling them when they look for a resolution is terrible business practice. I highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for maintenance if you expect basic competence, professional communication, and managerial accountability.

Asking for help is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. For the past few years, I’ve been doing everything I can to build a better future for myself while trying to stay afloat financially. I currently live paycheque to paycheque, constantly balancing work, school, rent, bills, transportation costs, and debt. No matter how hard I work, it often feels like I’m taking one step forward and two steps back. Despite the financial pressure, I haven’t been able to bring myself to leave school. Ever since I was young, it has been my dream to work in the film industry. Getting accepted into my program felt like the first real step toward a future I’ve always imagined for myself. Giving up on that dream isn’t something I’ve been able to do, even when the financial burden has felt overwhelming. Every day is a balancing act. I work while attending school, trying to keep up with assignments, responsibilities, and the growing costs of simply getting by. There have been many moments where I’ve had to choose between paying one bill or another, and I’ve spent countless nights worrying about how I would make it through the next month. Reliable transportation would change my life in ways that are difficult to put into words. It would mean being able to get to work consistently, attend classes and film projects without constantly worrying about transportation costs or availability, and create opportunities to earn additional income. More than that, it would give me something I’ve been missing for a long time: stability and hope. I am not looking for a handout because I don’t want to work hard. I am asking for help because I have been working hard, and despite my best efforts, I still find myself struggling to get ahead. I continue to push forward because I believe that education, perseverance, and determination can create a better future. My dream is to build a career in film, support myself and my family, and one day be in a position where I can give back to others who are facing the same struggles I’m experiencing today.
