The finance manager then did not disclose a clause that he should have and the management tried to cover it up. The matter finally got escalated to the General manager Jordan and we had a chat on 06 Apr 2023 wherein I expressed my dissatisfaction of the service provided at the dealership. He promised to look into the matter and give me a call back. I have been waiting ever since that day. I also called the dealership again on 02 May, 24 May and 30 May and spoke to Adelia who confirmed that she had passed on the previous 02 messages to him but he is not in the office today and she will again remind him when he is next in the office. I am now convinced why the customer service levels are so poor when the General Manager himself has no time to call back or keep his word !! Saying that, I still await his call back as promised !!!!! UTTERLY FRUSTRATING !!!!!
The general manager now says there was a misunderstanding and thought the team had resolved the issue - this is my reply --------
I don't understand how you can even think that your team resolved the issue whereby I had escalated the matter to you precisely because your team was incompetent !!!
Also when you promise a call back, the least you can do is keep that promise and not make me wait for a month and a half !!
In addition, when you say you have not received the messages from Adelia about my calls, when she has explicitly confirmed to me that she has passed on those messages to you, either she is lying or you are !!! I never mentioned anything about voice-mail if you care to read my email !!!
I love the words that you and your dealership have used throughout your interactions with me -- "misunderstanding ",
"miscommunication " etc - the fact is that is was a big MISTAKE dealing with you and your team !!!
Await your call back and look forward to hearing about your detailed investigation results (if you ever cared to do one) which took a month and a half to call me !!
