It's baffling how they justify charging such inflated rates for routine maintenance tasks. Moreover, despite the premium price tag, the quality of service is shockingly poor. On multiple occasions, I've had to return to the dealership because the initial repair was either incomplete or ineffective. It's frustrating to pay top dollar only to have the same issue persist. Their lack of attention to detail and apparent rush to finish jobs is simply unacceptable. Furthermore, the wait times at Erin Park Toyota are utterly unreasonable. Even for minor tasks, the wait stretches on endlessly. It's as if they have no regard for their customers' time or schedules. Sitting in their waiting area feels like a never-ending ordeal. Overall, my experiences with Erin Park Toyota's service department have been nothing short of a nightmare. From their sky-high prices to their incompetence in fixing issues promptly, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone. TOYOTA owners deserve better than what this dealership offers.
