Bought a 2023 Mercedes S Class here. The salesman was very good. When it came time to pick up the car, I was told there is only ONE key. Salesman withheld the information till the very last minute. Not very transparent. In dealing with them make sure they disclose EVERYTHING up front. A. Very poor experience More

I was sold a warranty by Alex for a vehicle that already had a manufacturer warranty attached to it. I was spoken to like I was just a dumb woman by Dmytro and I was told I would have a rental due to this but none was provided by Jason. I was told I’d be reimbursed my money for a car I rented by Anastasia but now nobody is returning my calls. Now my car parked in a parking lot until December 4th. I drove it for less than 30 km before it broke down. Now my calls are being screened. I am no longer able to reach the dealership. I bought what I thought was a reliable vehicle but is not. I am not able to drive my kids to and from school, go to work, take them to much needed doctors appointments, meetings. Nothing! More
We purchased a '19 Cadillac Escalade during the pandemic from Favorit. We are dealing with Adam Al-Dawaimeh. We also purchased a $6900 warranty from People's Choice through FAVORIT and in 57,000kms had FI from Favorit. We are dealing with Adam Al-Dawaimeh. We also purchased a $6900 warranty from People's Choice through FAVORIT and in 57,000kms had FIVE oil changes. We experienced what other GM owners have with this engine - bent push rod and value replacement for $4K. This is a known problem with this engine (also in Denali and other models). People's Choice failed to honor the warranty and Adam will not respond despite being briefed on the issue and committing to assisting in dealing with Peoples Choice. Adam continues to sell this warranty despite knowing the provider is not honoring the warranty. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS. More

My dream car experience turned into a nightmare car broke in three hours. Dealer said I blew the motor 40 k repair, owner Nazar said he wouldn’t sell me the car unless it’s perfevt he sent it to Bentley for in three hours. Dealer said I blew the motor 40 k repair, owner Nazar said he wouldn’t sell me the car unless it’s perfevt he sent it to Bentley for inspection they said it needs 30 k in repairs he told me his in house mechanic can fix it for 8000 if I spend 4000 extra the car will be mint. My mechanic tested the car confirmed it didn’t pass safety and there was no major repair done to it. More
