Review Rating: 1/5 Stars Employees Dealt With: Greg Chisholm (Service Manager), Leslie Cooper / Service Staff I am deeply disappointed with the level of care and customer service provided by the service department at 401 Dixie Kia. Over my last two visits, a clear and frustrating pattern has emerged: every single time I bring my vehicle in for service, I leave the dealership with a completely new, unaddressed issue that wasn't there before. The first time this happened, the secondary issue was only minimally and poorly rectified after I left initial feedback. My second visit has left me with an outstanding issue that has yet to be resolved, and the dealership's complete breakdown in communication since then is unacceptable. I have given this establishment multiple opportunities to make things right. I filled out three separate service surveys detailing my experience, expecting a standard customer care follow-up. Silence. I then escalated the matter directly by emailing the Service Manager, Greg Chisholm, to his personal dealership email to explain the situation. He has completely ignored my email and has failed to return my phone calls. To complement the lack of leadership from management, the front-line female service staff member I dealt with was incredibly dismissive and condescending when I brought up my concerns. Leaving a client with a malfunctioning vehicle after a service appointment is bad enough, but completely stonewalling them when they look for a resolution is terrible business practice. I highly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere for maintenance if you expect basic competence, professional communication, and managerial accountability.

Awful never buy a car with this company!. Bought a 2015 BMW was a lemon had to basically repair the car 3 separate times in the first year costing 11k. Contacted JP nobody called us back. Sat down with Chris in sales he assured us a call the next day by General Manager Ashfin. No call 5 days later. Awful customer service and now dealing with Amy sales director and they basically wont help or assist in any way. Don't waste your money cars are awful and customer service even worse !

Beware of Dishonest Pricing - Mandatory dealer add-ons not reflected in online list prices. I had reached out to Unique Chrysler to purchase a pre-owned Porsche listed on their website. When I inquired about the vehicle over the phone, I was quoted a monthly payment by Leah, my sales rep (who, to her credit, was extremely pleasant throughout the entire deal) but was never informed that there was a dealer extra included in that price. However, once arriving at the dealership to go over numbers, I was informed that there was an additional $1200+tax charge ($1350 total) for a TAG system installation by Mio, the Finance Manager, that was not previously disclosed. The dealership was firm that this add-on would remain, claiming that this is what they had paid Porsche to have it installed and would be losing money if they did not charge it to me. However, I had previously looked at an identical vehicle at a Porsche dealership a few days before, which unfortunately sold before I could purchase it, who had quoted me $800+tax for the TAG installation (and happily removed it upon request) - so I am not quite sure where the dealership had gotten this upcharge from. We had negotiated through the sale, and I ended up with my final offer being exactly the online list price of the vehicle, but without the upcharge/installation of the TAG system, and they would not budge. For a dealership that prides themselves on "Transparent" pricing, I was not pleased with the dishonest pricing tactics used. If the TAG system is a mandatory upcharge, why not include that into the list pricing of the vehicle on their website for true Transparent pricing? Before leaving this review, I had called and asked to speak to a Sales Manager, but did not have my call returned either. I would advise others to be wary that the prices listed online are not the final price (before tax/licensing) of the vehicle - and to ask for a breakdown of pricing before proceeding.

Buyer beware! Find another dealer! Dont do it! After they take your money and trade ownership all communication stops. Sales ignores you. Business managers ignore you. After multiple phone calls, emails and texts going up the chain to the business manager, you might get exactly what you started with. Your money and your car back. Please don't waste your time here like I did.

I have now had two major repairs done at Erin Dodge and both times my vehicle is returned 'less clean' than it was when I took it in for service, Erin Dodge tells me they do not clean the customer's vehicle after service because they only have one detailer who is too busy. I understand there are cost restraints but to return a vehicle to a customer that has grease marks are smudges isn't acceptable. At least clean what your technician has made dirty. Speaking to management doesn't get you anywhere. So ... moving forward, I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere where I feel my business is appreciated. By the way, both repairs were not minor.
