is my second Acura car. From sales, to warranty, to service, I had poor service all around. My experience with them was simply put, deceptive, manipulative, coercive, avoidant, egoic, and all about power, control and corruption. I could go into full details but in a nutshell when they do not fulfill contractual agreements and are rude and the proper servicing that should have been done at the outset of purchase is not even up to par. Better yet, the service manager Jason Gonneau actually drove to my home an HOUR away to STEAL the loaner car back as I am dealing with Acura Canada to see if they could help me get Acura Sherway to comply with the contractual agreement. Think he could have provided 24 hours notice that they would not handle their obligations and take the car back? No, I had to find a ride to Acura Sherway to pick up my car which had the battery pulled on it, the lights that were to have been repaired (driver’s side mirror doesn’t even light up properly - imbalance from the brighter light on the passenger side view mirror) and the puddle light doesn’t even light (which they were to have fixed). What kind of low life service manager does that and then is rude and yells at a female customer because he cannot man up and admit that they were all deceptive in their handling of my car? Steals the loaner car back without a word and makes you find your own way back to Acura Sherway only to see your car covered in mud and bird crap and interior too? Peter Ho was deceptive in his sales - wet the car down to hide the blemishes and didn’t properly disclose the car issues or provide a Car Fax. Ali Quereshi was deceptive in warranty - I tried to call to ask for undercoat rust proofing to be removed and add extended warranty instead and he didn’t bother to call back. Sorry but when I spend $40K on a car at your dealership, you better call back quicker than that when someone leaves an urgent message. Eric Turner threatened me with “oh the car was put in the back security gate so it won’t be stolen”. Then the GM Ameer Khan says there are no security cameras here - not worth it and we had three cars stolen over Christmas Break anyways. Who says that? And what GM doesn’t call you back when you leave an urgent email more than 72 hours ago? I will tell you - one who is used to the complaints at his dealership, that’s who. Trust me - do not purchase your car at Acura Sherway. They are absolutely inhumane and will receive their karma for that. Take your money elsewhere.
