We recently purchased a new 2025 Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve from Islington Chrysler and traded in our 2018 Summit. From the start of the negotiations to the final signing, the process could not have gone better. We dealt with Moh at the dealership and Moh was really great to deal with. He was responsive, provided fair market value for our trade in and worked out a deal that made everyone happy. Even the day we went to the dealership to do the final paperwork and trade-in, the team there was very professional and Moh was kind enough to do the initial set up of all the onboard systems in the vehicle and get us on the road. We were impressed by how easy the whole process was and there were no hidden costs or gimmicks thrown in at the last minute. Everything was straight forward and made things so much easier for the purchase. Would highly recommend Moh and the team at Islington Chrysler.

The service dept saved me right before the Labour Day weekend! I had a work trip where I was leaving town for 2 weeks, and I noticed smoke coming out from under my hood. Turned out the transmission cooler line failed . Not only did they get me in right away, they did all the legwork for the warranty claim, and made sure I was comfortable and kept up to date while waiting . If I could give them more than 5 stars - I would! Thank you!!!

This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had! How do I give a negative star rating?? This past Friday I worked with a Sales person (who was amazing to deal with) and decided to go and see a truck. It was going to be brought in from the sister location Barrie Chrysler. Had an appointment at 10am Saturday. Saturday Morning - received a call and a message from the dealer requesting a deposit because there is "a lot of interest" and I was over an hour away. I said no problem and provided my credit card as it was fully refundable. I even stressed, I am not into games & shenanigans and will not be happy if I have to fight to get my deposit back and I am not ashamed to make a scene! A snow storm was coming in that afternoon but started early and the weather was far from desirable. We were 30min late for the appointment but did keep the sales person updated on our progress. Once arrived, the sales person was with another client and I was asked to wait. Receptionist was very pleasant offering a beverage while I waited. I waited in my wife's car with her as we did not know how long we would be waiting, we were late after all. Our sales person came to the door and waved, only after waiting a few minutes (not even 10 min). As we walked across the showroom he informed me that he just found out the truck that I came to look at was in an accident and the driver bringing it from the Barrie Chrysler lot hit a pole and put a dent in the door! I said things happen let's take a look as a dent can be fixed. As we went into the viewing bay & walked around the truck I was in absolute shock! The door was destroyed and the kick plate bent the interior floor. I could fit my hand in the gap between the door and the cab! I asked when did this happen? "Oh about 25-30 minutes ago!" I instantly asked why didn't anyone phone and tell me the vehicle is damaged?! We were driving through snowy weather from over an hour away! The sales person stated again that he just found out from the General Manager, Mitch Summers. I asked to speak to Mr. Summers. I asked Mr. Summers when this happened! (he gave a different time frame) BUT he said he was there when it all happened, and was aware we were coming in to look at the vehicle. It was at this point I shared my thoughts loudly on his "Bait and Switch" as "they have lots of vehicles to look at"! This GM's goal was to let me come in, even knowing, that the vehicle was damaged and have us look at other vehicles even though we were driving over an hour (normal time) in a snow storm! He also made reference to how the truck can be fixed in house and not have it on the Carfax because it is not an insurance claim! When I questioned what he said, his response was "we disclose any vehicle repairs on all sales". I was livid at the fact that they had the nerve to call and request a deposit an hour from my appointment but didn't have the courtesy to call and inform me of the vehicle damage that just magically happened! Does anyone else feel a SCAM is happening? To smooth things over, they gave me a $50 gas card for wasting my Saturday morning driving nearly 3 hrs round trip to a vehicle that was damaged and in no condition to sell. The fact that the vehicle could be sold without documentation of the incident is what really bothers me. Whomever considers buying this vehicle, I hope they see this review first . 2022 RAM 2500 Limited - White VIN: 3C6UR5SJ0NG109823 Remarkably disappointed by my first (and last) visit to this dealership. Not only did they loose me as a new customer but my wife was also there to look at a Jeep. Buyer beware.

Horrible experience every time im there. They saw me coming, single mother desperate for a vehicle yo get to and from work. 30,000 for a vehicle that was broken in multiple ways since day 1. Paid for extra warranty but yet im stuck paying a million and one diagnosis fees. Left me stranded on the side of the hwy on the hottest day of the year. Call me a liar even though I have 2 witness' that heard what I was promised before signing for the car. Crooks!

Made a random stop because I was missing my tire lock. Two months prior I had my tires rotated at Menzies and assumed my lock wasn’t returned to my glove box. I was told that the mechanics have their own. My service advisor Laurie, was able to provide me with one, at no charge, even though I was willing to pay for it. It’s only my second time at the dealership as I’m a new Ram owner As a prior owner of two car dealerships I would highly recommend Menzies for service as they exceeded my expectations.

They sold me vehicle by providing the wrong tax information. Now ended up paying $11400 taxes to them and $8700 in Saaq Quebec to get my truck plated . The dealership gave me multiple excuses and at the nd they refused to pay the right tax information. After I contacted them They stop responding my email n phone calls .

Worst ever service centre for Jeep. When I booked my service I did mention my requirement of loaner vehicle and person who booked appointment confirmed I will get the loaner vehicle. But on service day it was denied. And extra service is because of there mistake. My car's battery was draining and the Johnston Chrysler said its battery issue get it replaced. I got it replaced and paid for it. Just after 2months my car was standing idle for 3 days and battery drained again. They didnt do their job properly. I wont go there again!!

Be extremely careful when dealing with this dealership and read every piece of paperwork before signing anything. The only positive part of my experience was the salesman, James. He was a genuinely good person, very helpful, and keen on answering all of my queries. Unfortunately, he was the only good person on their entire team. When I went in to get a credit check for a pre-approval, the rest of the management and finance team tried to pressure me into putting down a $2,000 deposit, which I refused. They immediately dropped it to a $1,000 deposit and assured me it was completely refundable. Even worse, they brought out full purchase paperwork to sign just to run a basic credit check, trying to lock me into a deal before I even knew my financing options. Do not sign anything blindly here. When I ultimately decided to refuse the deal, their entire attitude changed. They became incredibly rude, unprofessional, and highly unethical. Getting my "refundable" deposit back was a nightmare—I had to call them multiple times just to get my money returned. James deserves a better place to work, but as for the dealership itself, avoid this place and watch out for their aggressive, deceitful tactics.
