I called in desperation with the windshield, in my less than 2 year old Chrysler Pacifica, having cracked under the very thick ice on the windshield, which I still stand today on the grounds that, although it was no longer under warranty, this was a faulty windshield and should have been paid by Chrysler not me as it cracked from inside the frame on the passenger side, as I turned on the heat to melt the ice as it was way too thick to scrape...I have neck and back issues and could not put force on the ice to scrape it. As I sat in the vehicle in my driveway to turn the heat onto the windshield to melt the ice, I heard the loudest crack/bang sound, it was the windshield....This I intend to take up the ladder to Chrysler, but today it is about Seven View Service Team. By the time my calls routed to Anna, she was very reassuring. She asked me to check if I had Titan insurance, which I had no idea even existed. I wasn't even asked that when I called the dealership I had purchased my vehicle from originally nor from the rep on the Chrysler helpline that I had both originally called that same day the crack happened prior to being connected with Anna. I was bounced around and eventually landed on the phone with Anna as Seven View is the closest centre to my home. When I spoke to Anna I was just about in tears, I had been bounced around, found out I had no Titan coverage, the windshield was no longer under warranty, the windshield cracked by no fault of my own, even if I'd replaced it with my insurance coverage, there was still the issue with paying the deductible, an expense I had not budgeted for this time of year (not from an almost like new vehicle due to no fault of my own)......it was 2 weeks before Christmas and I am a single mother of 2 children with special needs.....Anna went out of her way to find me the best price for my windshield replacement. I drove the vehicle in to her, and I noted to her there were a few other things I'd appreciate they could look at, as I don't have time to be without a car due to my family's special situation, she scheduled to have all that I need addressed looked at AND she provided me with a courtesy car so I could still tend to my family's needs. Anna listened and understood my situation. I had a recall on the vehicle, that I was going to have to bring the vehicle back in, in January to be addressed....between Anna and Dominic they went out of their way to make sure that was also taken care of as well while the vehicle was with them, so that I wouldn't have to be inconvenienced another day considering my situation. Anna and Dominic thank you so much for your friendly, caring, understanding demeanor and for going out of your way to get my vehicle fixed and safe back on the road for my and my children. I will highly recommend your service centre to everyone.

I am so grateful I purchased my car in London, even though I live in Brampton. Jerry helped me with the purchase of my vehicle and he is so kind, funny and friendly - always with a smile on his face. The customer service is absolutely brilliant and amazing. I had an issue with my car for the past two winters and I took it close to home to still have the problem occur. Then I brought it to London and just when we thought the job was fixed, sadly it was not. David, one of the many customer service assistants, really helped me through this process and ensured my vehicle to be looked at and fixed to my discretion. My car was there for a week and David always contacted me when I asked him questions or when he was updating me with information. David was always smiling, was friendly (note, even at 8:00a.m. when I was his first customer of the morning). I hope David receives this information and a raise! As for Deb and Laurie - these two ladies are so funny, friendly, and kind - (again, even at 8:00a.m. being their first customer)! I hope these ladies also see this review and get a raise! I received a rental vehicle and the best part was David, Deb and Laurie gave me three options as to which vehicle I wanted - which was so kind, they did not have to do, they all could have chosen it for me! It’s not everyday your son, out on his own ,has to pull off the highway and be towed to whichever random dealership is closest.
He then had to leave ourJeep Compass at the dealership and go on to his destination without it.
Everyone we dealt with at Fraser Chrysler was kind and as accommodating as possible.
We did experience some bumps in the road though, when the vehicle was not ready on time for my son to pick it up on his way back home from his job in Kingston. We were left in the lurch at that point!
However, due to a persistent and devoted receptionist and a service centre employee named Sheryl , our problem was solved.
Sheryl noticed that an assumption had been made that my son had had a rental car given to him which was not the case.
He was back home in Mississauga carless and our vehicle in Oshawa wS still not ready for pick up. Sheryl took the time to reach out to the nearest rental place they deal with to my son in Mississauga, arranged for him to be picked up at home and reserved a rental car for him.
It was a small thing but it really saved us a lot of logistical problems.
Her determination to get to the crux of our problem and creatively solve it was a life saver.

- Ola Bilyk was excellent in my purchase of a new Jeep Renegade after significant engine issues with used Jeep Wrangler I purchased at Erin Dodge Chrysler and had to trade in
- Service Department less impressive after what I believe were unnecessary/incomplete repairs to Jeep Wrangler that ultimately led to engine failure
- Kevin Persaud was excellent in providing sale of winter tires for both my Jeep Renegade and my Wife's Hyundai Sante Fe in November
