Wayne Morrison at Georgian Chevrolet Buick GMC

I came to this sales lot not really knowing what sort of car I was looking for. I felt that Wayne gave me the space I needed to check out some models without feeling pressured in the least. He clearly explained my options in a way that made sense to me. At no point in the entire process did I ever feel like I was being pressured into buying something I didnt want. In the short time I was on the lot, Wayne was able to earn my trust and completely sell me on purchasing my new vehicle (which i absolutely love)

Several days ago I realized that I had to get a new vehicle. A good friend of mine has been driving a new GMC pick up for approximately a year now. I have been hunting and traveling with him in his truck and found it to be excellent. So, he suggested that I see Wayne Morrison at the dealership, stating that he's an honest, fair and professional man to deal with. He and David exceeded all of these qualities and walked me through all the steps which led me to buying my pick up. I should also mention that Mary-Anne explained all the financial, warranty coverage and all that I needed to know that was involved in my purchase and was quite impressed. No pressure tactics with any of the people I dealt with, just a free flow of info, with a touch of humor. All my questions were answered honestly and straight up.

I would deal with your (my) team again and have already mentioned this to one person who is interested in buying a new vehicle.

they were very helpful in letting me see all different models of vehicles and trucks. was very happy to answer my questions and help me where needed. the gentlemen let me look inside many different trucks, and show me all vehicle features.

Wayne is an amazing car salesman. He was very understanding of the position I was in and made sure I, as a young woman, understood everything that was going on. Wayne knew I was without a vehicle at the last minute and he lent me a vehicle to drive while I was waiting for the paperwork to come through for my new car. He made the purchase convenient and easy. He fit me with a car that would not exceed my needs financially seeing as I am a student. I would definitely seek his assistance when looking for a vehicle in the future and recommend him to others.

Our experience at your dealership has changed our perception of purchasing a vehicle. We called ahead and were welcomed by Wayne Morrison and told to come in any time to speak with him. When we arrived at the dealership he welcomed us and listened to our needs in detail. He directed us to exactly what we needed and did not presure us to make any quick decisions or to buy something that we didn't need or want. We appreciate how he directed the information to both of us and asked us both what we wanted in a vehicle. We signed paperwork our with Mary-anne who was also genuinely kind and respectful to our needs. She took the time to explain the payment process and warrantee options. I had not planned on buying a new vehicle but after driving the Cruze with Wayne and reviewing the numbers he had put together on paper, I knew the deal was too perfect to pass up on. I have been nothing but thrilled since I picked this vehicle up. As a commuter, Wayne never tried to upsell me to a different vehicle nor did I ever feel pressured to buy. I went to your dealership to look at the Malibu that has been advertised. I had purchased a car from Orillia Mazda two weeks prior, things were not disclosed to me and the car had mechanical issues, that were not fixed. I was very upset and didn't know what options i had.
Wayne gave me the number for omvic and talked to me about options. Wayne made it work so i could get something brand new, and he didn't push anything on us. He was very honest and knowledgeable about everything.
I will be recommending Wayne Morrison to anyone in need of a new or used car or truck and GREAT sales person!

I came in with a lease return over the Thanksgiving weekend and in less than seven days I was able to leave with the vehicle that met my needs. Wayne was friendly, honest, and seemed legitimately concerned with getting the best deal on my lease return and ensuring that I got the best finance rate possible. Mary-Anne was also pleasant to deal with and moved things through the financing and sales process quickly. Overall, a very good experience.
