WE LIVE IN A WORLD OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS. CEL PHONES ,SMARTPHONES,TABLETS,I-PADS ETC. THIS IS MY THIRD VEHICLE PURCHASED AT GEORGIAN WITHIN THE LAST FOUR YEARS. WHILE AT THE DEALERSHIP THE SERVICE AND PEOPLE ARE FIRST CLASS. ALL I HAVE MET ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY. HOWEVER I THINK THAT A PHONE CALL NOW AND THEN THANKING A CUSTOMER FOR BUYING OR BRINGING THEIR VEHICLE IN FOR SERVICE WOULD ADD A PERSONAL TOUCH TO THE TRANSACTION. LISTENING TO A VOICE ASKING IF ALL WAS WELL I THINK WOULD ADD GREATLY TO THE SATISFACTION OF BOTH PARTIES. ELECTRONIC REVIEWS ARE FINE BUT A HUMAN VOICE IS NICE TO HEAR ONCE IN AWHILE.

We had our car in for servicing and while waiting for it, we talked to Bob Gill who was very friendly and most informative. We told him what we would like in a vehicle and he found one that was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. He made sure we knew all the features on the new vehicle before we left. Mary-anne Conway was excellent in preparing our paper work and went beyond what was required and I really appreciated her help.

Nellie and I always enjoy working with Bob as he takes the time to not only make sure we get the deal we are looking for but takes the time to just talk with us about things other than purchasing a vehicle when we pop by. We have always found that he is like we are!(old school). Too bad its been mostly lost in todays generations.We feel vehicle prices are some what higher than they really should be as parts seem to be breaking down usually just after warranty and the cost to repair is also above what we believe to be some what high. Just our opinion as consumers.

My Review of Georgian Chevrolet Buick GMC:
I am from Chapleau, ON and was in Barrie visiting family and decided to check out the pickup trucks at your dealership. I met with Bob Gill and gave him the specifications for the truck I was looking for. You had one in stock that was very close to what I needed and Bob was able to answer all my questions regarding the vehicle and sale. An agreeable price was reached and I decided to proceed with the purchase.
Bob Gill and the lady who did the paperwork (can't remember her name) went overboard in their efforts to conclude everything quickly so that I could be on my way back home to northern Ontario before noon. I really appreciated their efforts to accomodate me.
The first place I drove to from the dealership was to the Krown Rustproofing shop. My previous 1999 GMC Sierra rusted out so badly that I decided to do what I can to keep my new truck from rusting out like the old one did. They also provided excellent service and were pleased to be able to service a brand new clean vehicle.

I stop in to check out prices on a new truck, met with Bob Gill he went over all the different discount I could get as well as getting me what I thought was a fair price for my truck trade. I was really impressed on what a easy experience he made buying a new truck and the knowledge he had from everything from the truck to the paperwork.I got everything I wanted in the deal thought it was fair and I passed Bob's and Georgian's name around th my friends.

My Review of Georgian Chevrolet Buick GMC:
Bob is a very friendly guy. I guess there was not much he could do about the price on the 2011 Impala, as it was part of the group that had come off daily rentals. He showed us all the different Impalas, told us their high points, and did not rush us. He was efficient with all the paperwork, and put the plates on for us, it was cold out!

Mary-Anne was also friendly and efficient.

As we were driving off the lot, we noticed there was not an owner's manual in the glovebox, and one of the guys crossing the lot got one for us. However, I did not get his name.
