March 2024 update - I was so impressed by how they helped me yesterday and how amazing they have always been since I have been a client that I came to make a review on Google and saw that I made one 6 years ago. Let me say again --This is the service centre to use. Alisha who I mention below is now the Service Manager and that is NO SURPRISE.....Amanda is now my service agent and I can tell she has had the best training from the best people........Alisha - no matter how busy she is still has time to make me feel like a valued client. I trust her and her associates. They do not gouge me in pricing. They are always trying to find a way to discount things to make anything that needs to be done on ALL my Toyota vehicles affordable. Their standard of excellence is so high - I have never left unsatisfied!! Original Google Review: 2018 - When I bought my first Toyota from a dealership friend in Georgetown 2014 I had to find a place to service my vehicle closer to home. I tried the dealership at Toyota on the Park and I have never looked back. I have never been happier with their service and must say that my personal service consultant Alishah is the reason I now own ALL Toyotas for both my personal life and for my business needs. Toyota stands apart from other vehicles on many levels but if you dont have good service it can completely change everything. She was the deciding factor to change over all my vehicles to Toyotas.

Garage experiences can be quite overwhelming. Jason and the staff at Toyota Town make the experience like going home to Mom and Dad's. Everyone is very friendly and they take amazing care of my Rav4. They stay on top of everything, are fairly priced, and I leave with the feeling I'm driving a brand new vehicle every time I drive away. I purchased my vehicle through Sylvia Donovan at the same location, and she went above and beyond to get me exactly what I was looking for, and promptly. I love Toyota Town and will be buying and servicing all of my future vehicles there.

I had a short appointment with Omar to help me to rest the applications for Lexus after first Maintenance of the car . Unfortunate after first maintenance both application did not work for me second driver . One application was complete re-set, the main application for Lexus is a challenge to re-set the second driver . Still is not working correct for the second driver. Omar spend a lot of time with me in person and on phone . Some set-us like second profile were restored. Thank you to Omar , however the application need to be improved .

I brought in my car on July 5th and was advised that it's covered under warranty for the replacement of the coolant. I didn't hear back until I followed up with them on July 7th which is a Friday after numerous phone calls. I was finally told that the coolant had been replaced however they found more issues on the wiring. Due to this they would need to keep the car till July 10th or 11th. I had not had the rental as I was advised the parts were not on back order. Despite the parts not being on back order they found additional problems which they got approved by KIA for. All these problems were covered by warranty however still a replacement vehicle was not provided. The sad part was until I don't follow up with them I don't get any updates. Now an entire weekend has going by with no car nor a replacement vehicle. As kind as he was he made no effort in trying to make an exception on my behalf but simply conveyed the information only until I asked and followed up. The sad part was there was no proactiveness nor a follow-up and everything was just provided from an informational standpoint. The vehicle is brand new approximately 1 year 1 month. The dealership refuses to follow up until I continuously call them. In addition I was advised that since the part was not on back order I would not get a loaner vehicle. I was completely fine with that however after discovering more issues in which I had to follow up with I was then advised that there still would be no loaner vehicle. I'm just disappointed that the fact that there is no proactiveness by them Updated on August 18th 2023. Today I finally received my car. Yes my initial review was very negative however during the course the dealership did go out of its way to assist me. The manager Michael Defreitas did give me a call and offered me a rental on the dealerships on cost starting on July 8th. On July 10th the dealership did confirm that the parts are back ordered and had arranged a similar size rental for me. I must say initially things did not go well but one thing I have enjoyed about this dealership is that they do try and work things out with you even though initially it does not work in your favor. Well done to Matthew Holguin, Parker Kearns, and Michael Defrietas!

I took it to Scarborough Toyota and Shazir Karim my Senior Collision Repair Consultant and his team did a wonderful job fixing a small dent and the accompanying scrapes. The job was done to perfection and the paint matching was stunning. I couldn't be happier! They also buffed out a few small marks and made the car look like new! I highly recommend the work they do at Scarborough Toyota Collision Repair Center! Shazir Karim made sure I was 100% satisfied with the bodywork before leaving. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience, with exceptional professional customer service and customer focus. As an unexpected bonus, they washed and cleaned my car inside and out!
