I called in desperation with the windshield, in my less than 2 year old Chrysler Pacifica, having cracked under the very thick ice on the windshield, which I still stand today on the grounds that, although it was no longer under warranty, this was a faulty windshield and should have been paid by Chrysler not me as it cracked from inside the frame on the passenger side, as I turned on the heat to melt the ice as it was way too thick to scrape...I have neck and back issues and could not put force on the ice to scrape it. As I sat in the vehicle in my driveway to turn the heat onto the windshield to melt the ice, I heard the loudest crack/bang sound, it was the windshield....This I intend to take up the ladder to Chrysler, but today it is about Seven View Service Team. By the time my calls routed to Anna, she was very reassuring. She asked me to check if I had Titan insurance, which I had no idea even existed. I wasn't even asked that when I called the dealership I had purchased my vehicle from originally nor from the rep on the Chrysler helpline that I had both originally called that same day the crack happened prior to being connected with Anna. I was bounced around and eventually landed on the phone with Anna as Seven View is the closest centre to my home. When I spoke to Anna I was just about in tears, I had been bounced around, found out I had no Titan coverage, the windshield was no longer under warranty, the windshield cracked by no fault of my own, even if I'd replaced it with my insurance coverage, there was still the issue with paying the deductible, an expense I had not budgeted for this time of year (not from an almost like new vehicle due to no fault of my own)......it was 2 weeks before Christmas and I am a single mother of 2 children with special needs.....Anna went out of her way to find me the best price for my windshield replacement. I drove the vehicle in to her, and I noted to her there were a few other things I'd appreciate they could look at, as I don't have time to be without a car due to my family's special situation, she scheduled to have all that I need addressed looked at AND she provided me with a courtesy car so I could still tend to my family's needs. Anna listened and understood my situation. I had a recall on the vehicle, that I was going to have to bring the vehicle back in, in January to be addressed....between Anna and Dominic they went out of their way to make sure that was also taken care of as well while the vehicle was with them, so that I wouldn't have to be inconvenienced another day considering my situation. Anna and Dominic thank you so much for your friendly, caring, understanding demeanor and for going out of your way to get my vehicle fixed and safe back on the road for my and my children. I will highly recommend your service centre to everyone.

Two summers ago I was in Southampton at a cottage far from my home in Ottawa when the top of my 2005 calk convertible would not go up. I contacted Mercedes London on Friday and was given an appointment for Monday morning. My car was seen right away but after a couple of hours the service manager I had dealt with came to tell me that they couldn’t sort the cause but would manually raise the top so I would be fine until seeing my dealer in Ottawa.When I asked how much he said”we didn’t solve the problem, so nothing “.l unfortunately couldn’t remember his name, but that experience led to the next car also being a Mercedes.

When our 2016 Malibu Premier developed an issue with the shifter that could have become very problematic, the Service staff did an outstanding job resolving the issue in minimal time. Even though the shifter unit itself was in short supply, Cadillac Concierge Juan Orozco made arrangements to get one delivered overnight and Service Manager Shane Maginnis had it installed promptly, first thing the next morning. In particular, I'd like to thank Shane for his outstanding service. My vehicle is running perfectly again and what could have become a very upsetting situation was quickly turned into one of the most positive customer experiences I've ever encountered. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at Budds'... outstanding service with a complete focus on customer satisfaction. After having had an excellent purchase experience with Basil Silas and outstanding after-sales follow-up from Paul Stewart, I had already formed the opinion that the the staff at Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC is the best I've dealt with in a long history of owning GM vehicles. This experience with the Service Team has only enhanced my already high opinion of the entire staff at this excellent dealership.

Today is Wednesday 27 November 2019, and I just returned from my service appointment at Bramgate VW. The appointment was to change over to my winter tires on my Tiguan. I had the most unexpected experience.
As I arrived, I was met by my Service Consultant, Brittany Sakoor. She was so pleasant and let me know that my vehicle would be ready in about an hour. While I was waiting, I struck up a conversation with one of the Sales Consultants, Mikolas Boodram. I am very interested in electric vehicles and I want my next vehicle to be an EV in a few years. I asked him when VW will be bringing their lineup of EVs to market, and he informed me that VW already has an EV, the eGolf which is available today. He even asked if I would like to see the eGolf, and of course I said yes please. Mikolas took me into the basement of the dealership, where the cars are held. I was not even aware that car dealerships had a basement area, so I felt privileged to be given an impromptu tour of the dealership, something new for me. We did not find the eGolf in the basement, but we did find it at the charging station. Then Mikolas took me for a test drive, even though he knew that I am not in the market for an electric vehicle at this time. The test drive was great, I had never driven an EV before, so it was a very enjoyable experience. During the test drive, I learned so much useful information from Mikolas, including the future line up of EVs that VW will be bringing to market in the next few years as well as the charging network that VW is building. That is all useful info for me to log in my brain for future reference.
I thanked Mikolas for taking me for a test drive and sat down to wait for my vehicle to be ready. I did not wait long. Right around the 1-hour mark, just as Brittany had said, my vehicle was ready. When I went to Brittany’s counter to settle the bill, she explained that Bramgate had done a thorough check of the vehicle to ensure there were no problem areas that needed addressing. Fortunately, my vehicle had a clean bill of health, but I appreciated that Bramgate had given my vehicle a check up.
Brittany then explained tire wear to me. I have never had a tire change appointment where the wear on my tires was explained to me. My summer tires were over 7 which meant they were green (safe). It was when she explained my winter tire wear that I really felt that the Bramgate staff are the A Team.
Brittany explained that two of my winter tires were at 8 and two were 9 for wear. The technicians decided to put the two tires that were 9 on the front and the two tires that were 8 on the rear because the front tires wear down more than the rear. Wow !! That is real value added; to have a technical team install the tires that I brought to them in such a way that it was the safest for my vehicle, and then to have the service consultant explain what the technicians had done and why, just shows what great people you have working at Bramgate.
I am very glad that I came to Bramgate for this appointment, I feel confident that your dealership will be able to address any future issues I have with my present vehicle, and you will be at the top of my list when I am ready to purchase an EV in the future.

I had brought my vehicle in for a recall as per GM Canada's recommendation. This recall had caused an issue after the service work was completed. I had to bring my vehicle back to the dealership to have this fixed. During this repair was provided with a courtesy vehicle. After a few days I discovered that this first repair was unsuccessful. So I had to bring vehicle back in for the same repair. I was helped by Don Dale, he was unaware of this issue as I was dealing with a different service staffer. On the spot I was provided with a loaner vehicle and booked in ASAP for the repair. When I picked up my vehicle they had completely detailed it, inside and out. I was pleasantly surprised. This had really made up for the initial disappointment in my overall experience.

I had to replace my engine, and it took me almost a month to repair it. Toronto Hyundai did their best to get approved my claim with Hyundai Canada. I did not have extended warranty warranty; thus, I was not able to get free rental more than 5 days. Other than that, everything was really great.
