My mom has asked me to write a note commending the service at Courtesy Ford.
There was an issue with a fan belt, and upon further investigation this one issue became a bigger issue. The Service Tech provided an estimate cost. My parents agreed to go forward with the repair ... they had no other option to getting back to Petrolia.
My mom wants Courtesy Ford to know how much they appreciated the effort the Service Techs put into make the vehicle right. My mom says "the guys were just so good...we are so thankful they helped us AND the cost was below the anticipated estimate."

We've been dealing with HMP for over 15 years first when we purchased a used suv than to purchasing our 2 new vehicles back in 2012. Just recently we made a new purchase in Aug for a new truck with an extremely positive experience with HMP sales Rep Jarret Baker. From the beginning to the end of purchasing our pickup Jarret connected with no detail unexplained. We requested a time adjustment to pickup vehicle up earlier than we first arranged and Jarret jumped in to make sure it would be done. We have an extended warranty and the issues were covered by warranty but the company was trying to give us the run around. Tammy followed up several times with the company and had several back and forth calls and correspondence to get us what we needed over the span of a few weeks. I had actually given up and decided to just leave it but Tammy refused to do that. She simply could have shrugged and accepted what they told her but she didn’t. She persisted and got us what we needed and deserved. She was a pleasure to deal with and is great at her job!

I have been dealing with LCC for over 7 years now - my sister and I purchasing 3 vehicles each from the dealership. Last Saturday morning I woke up to a dead battery in my Jeep Wrangler - jumped started it by my neighbor and headed to LCC. I have to say about arriving at the service dept. for 8 am I was greeted by Kyle, who told me no one had the time to change my battery but I could go in and purchase one from Parts then figure out on my own to get it installed. I went into Parts, purchased the battery but I was so flustered and upset because I had no one to help me get the new battery put in - Luckily Becky seen how upset I was when I was paying for the new battery and told me that she would arrange for one of the service techs to change the battery for me and I was directed to Ben in service. I am so very thankful for both Becky and Ben for helping me that day - my husband was out of town for the weekend and didn't know what I was going to do. I am giving Becky and Ben for sure five stars but I do need to say that Kyle needs some customer service training in respect to dealing with customers having emergency repairs and coming across like he doesn't care to help. I have dealt with Chad many times in service and maybe his excellent customer service has spoiled me. Thanks again Becky & Ben!!!! Michelle
