I'm sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. We are known for our exceptional customer service, and it's disappointing to hear you don't feel you received this. Your vehicle was here over a long holiday weekend, and I apologize if that was an inconvenience. We do offer loaner vehicles to our customers who require alternative transportation, so I'm sorry if that was not offered to you. During the brake inspection, our Toyota trained Technicians determined that there was nothing unsafe about the brakes that would require replacing. Although you're vehicle is beyond our pre-owned warranty guidelines, we did offer a repair solution at a reduced price. Finally, if you were hung up on, I sincerely apologize, that is unacceptable.
