Service the absolute worst! The service staff are completely incompetent. A problem that took over 2 months and 4 visits was never resolved. Excellent customer service I recently purchased not one but three VW's new from Willie Mates, new sales car manager at Dalmar Motors. I initially attended the dealership to inqu I recently purchased not one but three VW's new from Willie Mates, new sales car manager at Dalmar Motors. I initially attended the dealership to inquire about the TDI buy back status. I received up to date accurate information and no canned corporate sales pitch. As a result I choose to stay with VW, and decided to give my business to Dalmar. It is not the closest dealership to me, but worth the trip.
