Warning for anyone who uses Fraser Durham Chrysler In Oshawa. I had purchased and changed over to summer tires. On my way home, the front wheel nearly came off, and had to drive 50 km on the highway to s Oshawa. I had purchased and changed over to summer tires. On my way home, the front wheel nearly came off, and had to drive 50 km on the highway to safety as the car was shaking violently. Just a warning to others, I was glad my kids weren’t with me as it was the scariest drive of my life, but I know I will not be using that dealership again. More

I highly recommend finding another dealership to deal with. I wasted money having them diagnose an issue that they falsely identified and wanted to charge me $800+ to fix, which would have been a waste o with. I wasted money having them diagnose an issue that they falsely identified and wanted to charge me $800+ to fix, which would have been a waste of money as they missed the gaping hole in my vacuum line. They were unable to locate the massive cut in a vacuum line that I paid them to diagnose, instead had to bring it to another dealership who found the actual issue promptly instead of claiming it was another issue and trying to overcharge me. Do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere, their service department has no idea what their talking about and their service manager is rude and argumentative. More

My Jeep Cherokee was ready, early the next morning, with service completed efficiently. This included a general vehicle check-up and also identified need for a cabin filter replacement. On arrival at the service area to collect my car, staff were prompt, courteous, and handled the additional complications of cleanliness and non-contact requirement with grace and good humour while being fully attentive.
