What better way to celebrate by waiting for the best deal ever . Since the Ajax dealership moved I had now commitment to buy from them , I went to the Whitby location we’re my Big sister works . @Colleen Harnack She told me that there was a Gladiator Diesel coming off a demo and she asked if I wanted to see it . Of course I wanted to go see it , Colleen sure wanted me to feel comfortable by taking it for a test drive . I insisted no as this would be my 4 th Jeep Wrangler. I know how they drive . This was one of my smooth this transaction Of buying a jeep . Colleen was very cool calm and collective, when dealing with her little shi#t brother . Colleen was very professional and very detailed on going through the whole deal , showing me and explaining me of all the paperwork. What I like about Colleen’s detail going through the walk around of the jeep is that she shoed me the locations of the Diesel fill location and the DEF fluid, also showing me the interior of the hood engine bay , even breaking down checking all the fluids fluids locations , showing me the antitheft disable cut out switch. . Colleen was in dress clothes and she was on her hands and knees showing me were the spare tire location . Dam she was very detailed . Just the simple things she does is getting me a Winter hat and a jeep mug and a Tim Hortons card. People don’t realize she sacrifices portions of her commission to take care of the small details. At no time I felt like this was forced or being pushed to make a sale, it was sure ease making my decisions to buy this jeep Now , I just have to get her to buy a Marathon watch. Simple Oil Change. Staff were courteous and helpful in providing drop-off guidance (during COVID 19 Pandemic). My Jeep Cherokee was ready, early the next morning, wit Staff were courteous and helpful in providing drop-off guidance (during COVID 19 Pandemic). My Jeep Cherokee was ready, early the next morning, with service completed efficiently. This included a general vehicle check-up and also identified need for a cabin filter replacement. On arrival at the service area to collect my car, staff were prompt, courteous, and handled the additional complications of cleanliness and non-contact requirement with grace and good humour while being fully attentive. Not very professional staff Upon arriving for my oil change appointment on Tuesday the 18th of June there was one person at the counter and 3 people waiting. After 5 mins another Upon arriving for my oil change appointment on Tuesday the 18th of June there was one person at the counter and 3 people waiting. After 5 mins another person went to the counter. After my wait for my oil change a lady rounded the corner and asked me if I owned a red truck. She did not address me in my first and or last name. I got to the counter and paid my bill. I asked her if there were any concerns or recommendations and she looked up at me with a blank stare for a couple of seconds and said no it looked fine. She had no idea in my opinion. I also saw my tire pressures were marked as being 40 psi on the check sheet. My truck tires are 60 and 65 psi. I know because I filled them to specs. Obviously not checked just guessed. Very concerning in both areas for lack of professionalism and trust in their work. I don’t know any names. More

Just some follow up, re vehicle and salesman So I have had my 2016 for 7 mo's now. Bringing it in for an oil change, always fast and reasonable. No hiccups. Have a coffee and it is done. Stephen Osborne, my rep I got the car from approached me. Nice long conversation. A he remembered me, he remembered all the hobbies I do, that we spoke of and my wifes name and her occupation. Mark of a real account manager. We spoke about trading in, in 2 years etc. To which I will come back to Dodge, and come back to Stephen. Uber impressed. More
