My husband and I have not always had the best service at car dealerships. Colleen gave us a moment to walk around the lot looking at vehicles for quite awhile before coming out to ask if she could help us o car dealerships. As a gay male couple, we can feel vulnerable with sakes people and Colleen didn’t blink an eye and immediately put us at ease. She asked our needs and price point and booked an appointment to return in a couple of days to view vehicles she would arrange for us. When I returned, every vehicle shown was in my price range and she did not try to up-sell us even once. Outstanding, personalized customer service and we love our truck ! I will be referring all of my family and friends her way. Even my critical mom who retired from Chrysler and has experienced many dealership sales people was really impressed. Thank you Colleen!!!
