We thought we had an alignment issue with our 2019 Q8 so we took it to Audi London for service. Our appointment was set up by Debb Anderson at the dealership. Fortunately, the issue was not as bad as we anticipated and, even though we signed for repairs to be made, the service technician did not proceed because he deemed it unnecessary. We appreciated that! Debb contacted us several times to confirm the appointment, set up a loaner car for the day, to tell us what was going on, etc. We appreciated her communication and feedback at every step of the way.
