On Oct 3rd, 2020, I took my car for service, and when they finished, a staff person went to sanitized my car, and scratched the dashboard on 2 places.
I went back the same day and reported it to Amanda, she told me right away that they do not touch the dashboard. I asked for a solution, and she said that she will let the service manager know about the issue, to be reviewed a new appointment
An appointment was set up for Oct 13, and when I presented my complain to Mr. Ng, he told me that he was informed about the issue and that no one from his team cleaned and scratched the dashboard. I clarified thay this happened there, and at the end of the discussion he kept implying that I was a liar, and that I scratched the dashboard myself.
This is not the proper way to deal with a customer issue, by just denying responsibility right away, and implying that I'm a liar.

The Dealership has a couple of huge assets like Alisha and Hon which are very helpful and understanding. the head Mechanic Jack is one of the assets. giving a ride to your residence or work and pickup is very efficient. Car rental is on-site which is very convenient.
I am very comfortable doing my services there.
