My recent experience at Toyota on the park was no short of amazing! My car was in an accident and went under repair at an auto shop. After repairs, I was told I had an unrelated issue worth $4000 after my of amazing! My car was in an accident and went under repair at an auto shop. After repairs, I was told I had an unrelated issue worth $4000 after my car was brought for a diagnostic at Toyota which wouldn't be covered under insurance. Fortunately, I took my car to Toyota on the park and met Alishah Shah. She was considerate and gave me an immediate informal assessment. Upon inspection of my vehicle, she provided her advise and booked an appointment. The diagnostic result were no different from the initial assessment which was disappointing. 2 day later, I recieved a message from Alishah Shah letting me know she had dug further into the matter and that my repairs would be covered under warranty. I was super ecstatic and no longer under $4000. Needless to say, I was super grateful for Alishah Shah's customer experience to keep the customer happy and her due diligence to look in to the situation. Thank for all your support! More

Let me say again --This is the service centre to use. Alisha who I mention below is now the Service Manager and that is NO SURPRISE.....Amanda is now my service agent and I can tell she has had the best training from the best people........Alisha - no matter how busy she is still has time to make me feel like a valued client. I trust her and her associates. They do not gouge me in pricing. They are always trying to find a way to discount things to make anything that needs to be done on ALL my Toyota vehicles affordable. Their standard of excellence is so high - I have never left unsatisfied!! Original Google Review: 2018 - When I bought my first Toyota from a dealership friend in Georgetown 2014 I had to find a place to service my vehicle closer to home. I tried the dealership at Toyota on the Park and I have never looked back. I have never been happier with their service and must say that my personal service consultant Alishah is the reason I now own ALL Toyotas for both my personal life and for my business needs. Toyota stands apart from other vehicles on many levels but if you dont have good service it can completely change everything. She was the deciding factor to change over all my vehicles to Toyotas. More

I went for my oil change and tire swap out, and the next day on my way to work I heard a sound on my tire side and took it back the dealership and they told me the shock and mount is Damage and I need a to day on my way to work I heard a sound on my tire side and took it back the dealership and they told me the shock and mount is Damage and I need a to change shock and mount for 1111+ tax and I told them everything was perfectly fine before they did the tire change and I’d there was any issue they would have let me know and they Blame me that I damage it ! Management is rude and unprofessional they give my car back with issues that comes with and they won’t take responsibility and they would charge me 1,066$ to fix things they caused ! Worst experience ever ! I would never go back to that place again ! More

I have had a very bad experience with Toyota On The Park Service Department. Please stay away from this location, as Mario, the Service Manager is extremely rude and very unhelpful. In addition, Amanda Boother is highly unprofessional and extremely curt with customers. She often wears low cut blouses. I ask, is she actually selling service or herself to the customers. She has yelled at me many times and not willing to service my vehicle. She is highly unpleasant person to deal with. They decided to wash my car without informing me that there might be scratches on my car and that they would not be held responsible. I find this quite appalling. Again, I would urge everyone not to deal with this location, in particular with the Service Department, as all the technicians are extremely unprofessional and not helpful, including Jack, the Foreman. They claim that my car has no issues, whereas, there are issues with my car constantly. It constantly makes a lot of noise and the break does not work well. I have been complaining to them for nearly 5-months and they will not fix my car. When they changed my tires from Summer to Winter tires, they have done a very bad job purposely so that they will not service my vehicle again. The Service Manager contacted me today and told me that he is not willing to service my car ever again and emphasized that I should go to a different dealership, as he claimed that I was rude to his staff, whereas, they have been extremely rude to me for the last 5-months and have not been helpful to me at all. I hope this review will make everyone not to ever go to this location.. More

This past year, I've had the good fortune to bring my car into Toyota on the Park's service department for accident repairs. Unbelievably great service and support.
