I initially visited this Toyota repair shop because the air conditioning gas in my car was depleted. During the inspection, they informed me that a wire under the car had been chewed by rodents and needed air conditioning gas in my car was depleted. During the inspection, they informed me that a wire under the car had been chewed by rodents and needed to be replaced. I ended up paying around $900 for the repair, which was entirely labor cost as there was no charge for the parts. After picking up my car, the engine warning light turned red. I brought my car back to the shop, and they claimed that the camshaft connect 3 wire had been chewed by wildlife and needed replacement. Despite there being no prior issues, they insisted on this repair, which cost me another $850 in labor fees, again with no parts cost. They then told me that the insulator under the hood needed replacing due to damage. With repeated claims of new issues, I refused further repairs and took my car home. Upon inspecting the car, I found damage under the hood that looked like it had been made with a screwdriver. Suspicious of their practices, I took my car to another repair shop. The new mechanics suggested that the damage appeared intentional, caused by someone using a screwdriver. Each visit to this Toyota repair shop resulted in a new issue costing nearly $900 in labor fees, without any parts costs. I believe this shop deliberately damaged my vehicle to charge exorbitant labor fees. Therefore, I do not recommend visiting this Toyota repair shop. Be very cautious, as they may intentionally damage your vehicle and charge you for repairs. More

My recent experience at Toyota on the park was no short of amazing! My car was in an accident and went under repair at an auto shop. After repairs, I was told I had an unrelated issue worth $4000 after my of amazing! My car was in an accident and went under repair at an auto shop. After repairs, I was told I had an unrelated issue worth $4000 after my car was brought for a diagnostic at Toyota which wouldn't be covered under insurance. Fortunately, I took my car to Toyota on the park and met Alishah Shah. She was considerate and gave me an immediate informal assessment. Upon inspection of my vehicle, she provided her advise and booked an appointment. The diagnostic result were no different from the initial assessment which was disappointing. 2 day later, I recieved a message from Alishah Shah letting me know she had dug further into the matter and that my repairs would be covered under warranty. I was super ecstatic and no longer under $4000. Needless to say, I was super grateful for Alishah Shah's customer experience to keep the customer happy and her due diligence to look in to the situation. Thank for all your support! More

We have been buying Toyota cars for many, many years. But our latest experience when we had our car services was terrible. We bought Michelin tires in November 2019 and drove them for les than 18,000 km. But our latest experience when we had our car services was terrible. We bought Michelin tires in November 2019 and drove them for les than 18,000 km. They show weather cracks and need to be replaced. Since the Michelin warranty does not cover that we were offered 4 new tires ( labour and alignment) for $820 +HST. Also a corroded speaker cable was spliced (did not have such cable in stock to offer a new one) and charged us $465. As a sign of good will we would get $46 rebate for that work. Totally unacceptable. Good-by Toyota. Looking for another dealer, who values its customers and treats them fairly. Martina More

I have had a very bad experience with Toyota On The Park Service Department. Please stay away from this location, as Mario, the Service Manager is extremely rude and very unhelpful. In addition, Amanda Boot Service Department. Please stay away from this location, as Mario, the Service Manager is extremely rude and very unhelpful. In addition, Amanda Boother is highly unprofessional and extremely curt with customers. She often wears low cut blouses. I ask, is she actually selling service or herself to the customers. She has yelled at me many times and not willing to service my vehicle. She is highly unpleasant person to deal with. They decided to wash my car without informing me that there might be scratches on my car and that they would not be held responsible. I find this quite appalling. Again, I would urge everyone not to deal with this location, in particular with the Service Department, as all the technicians are extremely unprofessional and not helpful, including Jack, the Foreman. They claim that my car has no issues, whereas, there are issues with my car constantly. It constantly makes a lot of noise and the break does not work well. I have been complaining to them for nearly 5-months and they will not fix my car. When they changed my tires from Summer to Winter tires, they have done a very bad job purposely so that they will not service my vehicle again. The Service Manager contacted me today and told me that he is not willing to service my car ever again and emphasized that I should go to a different dealership, as he claimed that I was rude to his staff, whereas, they have been extremely rude to me for the last 5-months and have not been helpful to me at all. I hope this review will make everyone not to ever go to this location.. More
