This past service, I've been with this dealership for several years, and their facilities are great... In general, their service has been good... This past service, however, was not to the standard I expect from any decent dealership. It was one thing for the regular scheduled maintenance to balloon from less than $200 to almost $700 with taxes, I've come to expect that from dealerships and dread "the call"... However, not-so-little things like promising to fix the cargo net but getting home and opening the trunk to find it NOT fixed, or asking if the car had been washed (as I'm paying the bill) and being promised that it was, but finding it hadn't been... More

Outstanding Overall Experience The Sales Representative I worked with from Toyota on the Park was Conrad Praamsma. He was phenomenal - from the moment I was introduced to him he tr The Sales Representative I worked with from Toyota on the Park was Conrad Praamsma. He was phenomenal - from the moment I was introduced to him he truly spent the time to understand what I was searching for and offered information about the different makes and models without being pushy. Conrad was patient and helpful as I worked through my questions, and offered suggestions without forcing an opinion. When it came to features, Conrad was extremely knowledgeable and he did a great job in asking questions to help during the decision making process, again in a very appropriate manner without coming off as aggressive. I should add that due to my work schedule I was visiting the dealership late in the evenings (8:00pm), and no one seemed to mind and in fact were very accommodating. Finally, we were able to come to agreement on a fair and reasonable price quickly. It was an extremely positive experience and I will highly recommend friends or family to connect with Conrad when looking for their next vehicle. Through the purchase process, I was also introduced to Conrad's twin brother Justin. Justin is a proud 4Runner owner as well and his enthusiasm and passion for Toyota is evident. Both of these guys are extremely charismatic and great "people" persons as well as great salespeople, so it was easy to build trust and enjoy the entire purchase process. I'd like to add that I've been back to the dealership twice since my purchase and the customer service received from Conrad, Justin and the Service team has been fantastic. Please pass on my thanks - I fully expected shopping for a new vehicle to be a chore, and I have had an overall fantastic experience. More

I have purchased many cars in my time and I must say this dealership won the lottery when they brought in AARON. This is what a manager should be like. Other dealerships compared to this one are a joke. He made me feel comfortable and actually was sincere when we negotiated a fair price for my new vehicle. Because of him and his staff they win me over. I have been a Toyota customer for over 20 years and this was the first time I dealt with this dealership and not the last. Sasha More

Wonderful customer service from the second we walked in unti Paul Joseph was absolutely amazing, we had an appointment at 1pm to have our winter tires put on, we ended up being an hour an a half early. Paul worked his magic and had us in and out within the hour. He was so efficient, pleasant and wonderful to deal with. I also want to call out that while waiting for everything to be scheduled we witnessed another toyota customer come in with an issue, without an appointment. Adam Lawson so politely explained he would need to make an appointment in order to have someone look at the problem because they were just so busy at the moment. After seeing the customer was a bit disappointed with that understandable answer, Adam dug deeper to see if there was something he could do to help the customer at that very moment. Just sitting and observing how Adam worked with the customer was soo charming and made me appreciate being a customer of Toyota on the park. Lastly, Amanda was also so pleasant and friendly. Looked into the shuttle for us, but since Paul was such a superstar we didn't need to leave because the service was going to be so speedy. She let us know how to get up to the cafe. Start to finish, Paul, Adam and Amanda all deserve huge accolades for being so amazing and professional. My boyfriend and I got in the car and said we don't think we would ever buy a car anywhere else. Having great people like this make a high difference! More
