I had to have some very costly repairs done to my vehicle recently and dealt with Mike Murphy. This man went above and beyond to help me out as we have had a very tough year financially. He made a very stressful day so much more tolerable and I thank him from the bottom of my heart.

"Emergency repair to heat shield"

Thank you to two awesome staff members Tim and Robyn for such great emergency service. My vehicle heat shield come loose on my way to pick up family at the airport. Despite not having an appointment Tim and Robyn managed to fit me in and had my vehicle repaired within the hour. Liz lawless.

"best customer care with repairs/service"

I had an issue with rust on the tailgate of my GMC terrain. Apparently this is a common issue with terrains. I talked directly to the Service Manager, Tim Polley, who went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not only did he offer a fair soloution to the problem, but he understands that working full time with two very young children complicate unexpected events like car repairs. He offered a loaner car and had it ready for me upon arrival. He also arranged to have my car taken to another location so that I didn't have to make two stops. Additionally, Finch covered my oil change while it was in the shop. Every time I'm in for service (brakes and oil changes so far), staff are genuinely friendly, responsive and efficient (especially Regan!). I would absolutely recommend the service staff to anyone and always feel well taken care of. Thanks Finch, especially Tim and Regan!

""Just keeps on getting better!!""

Where has the time gone....9000 km later it was time for service & a caddy wash (what's a caddy wash?). The service appointment involved an oil change, rotating of tires AND a "caddy wash"- it wasn't just a wash it was a full detail! Who does that?! The service and reception staff as always are welcoming and friendly, I don't doubt for a moment their genuine interest and care for the consumer. On completion of these fine services I automatically reached for my wallet, there was nothing owing!! NADA!! Did I mention the great coffee! Sincerely, Lisa De Marco

"Incredible customer care "

I had to bring the kids with me the day I brought my van in for a repair. Michael was very helpful and kind. He was knowledgeable and had me in and out of there with a loaner vehicle in no time. A big plus for me was his generally amazing attitude, and he didn’t make me feel like the kids were a bother in fact he carried the car seat over and even helped me unload the trunk of the loaner car into my van (I had done some grocery shopping) when I went back to pick up my vehicle.
