"Sell the automobile, yet do not carry the parts!"

So here we are they sell Fiats, yet do not carry the parts and say you have to purchase them up front. Why should we pay for the parts up front, we are making the appointment always have our automobiles serviced with them. Not only this I will tell you to be aware as well as if your head light burns out they will charge you over $100.00 and tell you that you can not buy the parts anywhere else. Well this is totally incorrect and you can in fact find the bulb for a fraction of the price!!!!! Extremely simple to even change yourself!!!!!!!! Will now have our automobiles serviced elsewhere and will not purchase from this dealership at all. It is all about the Customer Service!!!!!!

Hello, I wish to flag the excellent service beyond duty received from Ryan Rodney. A few weeks ago we had our Dodge Journey serviced in your shop, Capital Dodge in Kanata. We only found out yesterday that the backup key was missing from our Key Fob. Upon returning to the shop we found that Ryan had kept an unknown backup key at the service desk. To our utter surprise that was our key! Ryan also repaired the Key Fob to prevent the backup key from falling out again. This was an excellent turn of events. Shane Lord took the time out of his day to discuss some solutions to try and fix my 4x4 problem. He offered for me to even stop by and he would take a quick look, it makes me very happy that there is still good people out there to offer help when your stuck in a bad situation. Capital is lucky to have you. I would recommend this service department as the customer service was excellent and really showed how you care about customers. I'm not even a full time customer and he offered to help! Thank you very much!!

"Tire CHange"

My husband and I were in this morning, ( May 8, 2019) to have out winter tires changed over. The service rep told us 2;2.5 hours. We had booked the appointment in advance and we were there for 4 hours. Needless to say, they gave no expplanation as to why it took so long, yes they were busy when we arrivced. but it still should not take 4 hours just to change over winter tires. Not impressed.

I do apologize for this longer than normal wait for a simple tire change and I take full responsibility. The morning you were in for service we were booked quite heavily and both our assistant manager I were called away to a meeting with FCA Canada. I know our staff did everything they could to get the high volume of vehicles through in a reasonable time although your wait time was clearly excessive. We will continue to work on increasing our capacity to accommodate our growing volume of clients while ensuring that our customer’s vehicles are serviced in a timely matter. "No work during appointment, no update"

Full day appointment made far in advance, notified at end of day that they had not started work and would need it another day. No calls through the day to update. Actually called me by accident looking for someone else, at which point I asked about my vehicle. Two full time working parents can't afford to have their primary vehicle for driving children gone for multiple days - I took time from work for this day already that was wasted. This was told to the staff but didn't seem to matter. Not recommended for anyone trying to manage having a life around their car service appointments.

We needed to get a lot of work done on our 2003 PT Cruiser Turbo and couldn't be happier with the results. Brent was a pleasure to deal with and knew what he was doing. Parts had to be special ordered (tie-rod, right-front axle, rear shocks). When the parts arrived, the car was brought in and the work was finished in less than one day with very reasonable labour costs. I will be telling all my friends.
