"Exceptional customer service from Markus "

My experience with Markus has been exceptional. A few times I’ve had issues with my vehicle that needed servicing (windshield crack, flat tire) and both Tony and Markus have been very accommodating in getting me in and out. The communication is excellent and I appreciated how they drove to my work to drop my car off, which made my life a lot easier. The customer service from Markus is definitely next-level and what you should expect from a high end dealership. Markus is also friendly and quick to respond. Based on my experience here, I would definitely recommend this dealership and consider buying another vehicle from them again.

"Tony and Andrew did a great job"

My wife and I bought a 2018 GLE in December and had a great experience with Tony as our sales person. Yesterday (April 3), my wife was on her way to work and a number of warning lights came up on her dashboard. They were significant enough that she was concerned about driving the vehicle but said it seemed to be operating properly. I immediately contacted Andrew Kay in service and he provided me his cell hone number so I could sent him video of the messages that were scrolling on the screen. We later involved Tony, and together, Andrew and Tony arranged within a very short time frame to have a replacement vehicle driven to my wife's workplace which is 35km outside of London and drove her vehicle back to the dealership to be repaired. This sort of service is what dealerships should strive to provide and I can say from experience that this service far surpasses the service we've received from another German brand dealership in town.

This was our first experience with Mercedes and we had not heard good things about this location, however our experience could not have been more positive. The staff were very friendly and even though we did not buy our Mercedes at this location we were treated as though we had. Would not hesitate to purchase from this location.

"Absolutely the BEST SERVICE!"

I was driving down a remote part of highway 402 when the car suddenly went dead. Not knowing what to do, I phoned Mercedes Benz London for assistance. Andrew from the service department responded to my plight and immediately dispatched a tow truck to pick up the car. As I pondering how to taxi myself home, another call from Andrew arrived. He was unable to secure a loaner car ( I was not expecting this!) but was able to set me up with with a new 2019 c300 that I could use until my car was repaired. All I had to do was hitch a ride with the tow truck operator and pick it up at the dealership! This sure beats me running around looking for a rental car. Once my car was repaired ( the fan belt blew apart) the good people at Mercedes Benz delivered my car to where I was working, over 100 kilometers away! Talk about being treated like royalty! I have dealt with many different car dealerships over the decades and NEVER had such incredible service like this!Also, during this experience Andrew kept me updated through text messages on what is happening to the car. Highly appreciated.Thank you Mercedes Benz and Andrew for going the extra mile in helping me. After chatting with my co workers about my experience, two of them are considering a Mercedes, one of them is going to the dealership to test drive one and is seriously considering one.
