I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my new GLC 300 from Mike Robinson at MB London. Always friendly and knowledgeable, he never pressured me or made me feel rushed. When I picked up my new vehicle, Mi from Mike Robinson at MB London. Always friendly and knowledgeable, he never pressured me or made me feel rushed. When I picked up my new vehicle, Mike took the time to make sure I was completely comfortable with all it's new features. He also followed up a few days later to make sure I was completely happy with my Mercedes. Mike really went above and beyond with his level of service. This is the third Mercedes I have purchased at MB London and I want to acknowledge Markus Widmer, Dawson Hart and the team in the Service Dept for their continued excellence in vehicle care. More

Update September 2023: I just purchased another car from Tony Yang at Mercedes Benz London. This one was the SL 63 AMG. This was a very special transaction that Tony and his general manager Rob, were able t Tony Yang at Mercedes Benz London. This one was the SL 63 AMG. This was a very special transaction that Tony and his general manager Rob, were able to put together for me. It was special in that it was the car of my dreams, but perhaps even more importantly is that I just bought a new C43 AMG in May 2023. The C43 was a great car, but I must admit that my decision to purchase the C43 over the more expensive SL63 was a mistake on my part. When I called Tony to let him know that as much as I really liked the C43, I still had SL 63 on my mind despite the price difference. Tony and Rob created a path to the new SL63 that made my decision fast and easy. Friendly, helpful and professional all the way. Thanks Tony for an awesome purchase experience. More

Brought my car in because the ESL failed. They said the part would take 2-3 weeks to come in. Started calling for an update towards week 3 and kept getting told someone would call me back. Eventually I got told the part is so back ordered, they don’t have an estimate for when it’ll show up. After lots of angry phone calls, I got Mercedes Canada headquarters to admit people have been waiting for this part for over 8 months. I understand back orders, covid, geopolitical conflicts impact shipping times, but it’s called expectation management. You KNEW when I brought it in that this issue existed. You KNEW I wouldn’t get my car back in 3 weeks. Don’t hide behind some policy that says you have to quote 3 weeks and you know people have been waiting almost a YEAR. You LIED. Every step was a lie, you knew it, and don’t want to admit it. Don’t buy a Benz from this dealership. They’ll only screw you over. More
