We really didn't needed a new vehicle, our current vehicle was just a year old. When we went to the dealership to test ride the new GLC 300, I told Tony to 'make me buy' this by giving us numbers that vehicle was just a year old. Tony won't promise anything that he can't deliver and he will never not deliver anything he promised. It was a seamless transaction and we are happy with our purchase. Greg from Finance was another gem of a professional. It was pleasant working with him. Although we didn't meet Mike in person but he did help us make this happen over emails. All in all it was a great experience at MB London. We will for sure do business again. More

Tony sent me detailed video review of the vehicles I selected and was very prompt in responding to all my questions. He showed patience and courtesy and allowed the vehicle to sell itself. The price of the vehicle was fair relative to similar vehicles at other dealerships. The dealership also honoured all promises made prior to and subsequent to me buying and taking posession of the vehicle. Overall I am my experience with Tony and this dealership was satisfactory plus. More
