All routine maintenance over the years included new tires, new brakes, new fluids, new filters, new battery, new windshield wipers, throttle body service, differential service, serviced transmission, spark plug wires changed, oil changes, They keep a good track record of all work done. The mechanics that have serviced the truck have always done a great job!

I appreciate your cooperation and consideration of my problems, Anthony, the used car manager. I truly appreciate it. I had to drop the car off at the dealership to get the software updated after receiving a recall letter from the manufacturer. I discovered the issue still existed when I received the car that same evening, and I'm not sure how to call to pick it up. And in order to correctly update the software, I had to get my car to Newroad once more, which was difficult for me because of the hours of my job’s hour. Anthony tried his best to provide me with all the facilities after I expressed my concerns to him. Having you should make Nowroad proud. Once again, thank you for your assistance and good luck.

I recently had my 2022 chevrolet equinox in for a oil change as well as a health check ,The service advisor informed me that my wheel lock and the 4 locking bolts needed to be replaced at a cost of $80 I argued and said that the dealership were the only ones to use them and as such should replace them which the quickly denied and as a result the wheel locks and the tool were discarded and replaced with regular bolts of which I was not to be charged for however upon receiving my bill the amount was a little higher than usual even after a $25 rebate coupon for the oil was applied. Upon further review of the bill I happened to notice a misc charge of $35.97 ,when I asked about this the cashier was confused and went and spoke with my service advisor and the service manager. Next thing I know is they're changing my bill but I still noticed a misc charge of $10.69 but went ahead and completed the transaction as I just wanted to get out of there .I really don't like being ripped off by the dealership or the service department, they didn't even tell me what the misc charge was for . I will not be returning to this dealership for any reason.

We recently took a trip from Burlington and were running low on electric charge as we headed towards NY and we ended up stopping at the Cadillac store to charge up. A lot attendant by the name of Lori was able to assist us. I own a Hyundai but Lori went way out of her way to help us out. She wasn’t the only employee to go out of her way for customers. I noticed a service advisor letting his customer know that they washed his car after an oil service. The customer was impressed because he wasn’t expecting his car to be cleaned. Very nice team and general manager.

why does the service take so long at this dealership? i was in to have my tires mounted and balanced and so far it has taken over 2 hours. the service desk staff said that he would have me in and out quickly and to wait in the lobby. he didn't ask for my phone number so i was stuck there. After 30 minutes he came out and told me the tires were worn and that they should be replaced and then mentioned some other stuff that could also be done. the total would have been over $1000 dollars and i would have had to wait longer for them to bring the tires in from somewhere else. I said I didn't have the time today and have to be at another appointment. After that everything seems to slow down. If they already have my car in the shop and have looked at the tires why does it take another few hours to get the job done? I'm guessing cause i didn't want to pay for anything extra
