Very informative about what was needed for us to get our new car, as well as being very inviting/friendly. One downside is that it did take a long time for us to get our car, but it was not their fault they new car, as well as being very inviting/friendly. Not at all satisfied with the customer service here. . we signed a contract and placed a payment to hold a car that was arriving in a couple of months. Then a similar car arrived earlier and the dealers . we signed a contract and placed a payment to hold a car that was arriving in a couple of months. Then a similar car arrived earlier and the dealership asked us if we would like to take that one instead. We agreed and when we went to sign the papers the interest rate was much higher than the initial contract signed. They promised to have the numbers corrected by the next day (and made it seem like they were doing a huge favor) and when we went to pick up the car and sign off, guess what was given to us to sign once again? The exact same paper! The person who prints the contracts had already left and so therefore we left once again with out signing and without the car. So the next day we travelled again to get the car and we’re promised that they would send us a gift card to compensate the 3 trips made (since we live kinda far, was 9 months pregnant and with 2 kids). That gift card never came lol and when I wrote this review on google they lied that someone had tried to contact me! More
