I have to say that Andrew Goss, my sales rep, he's a 5 *!
Before my first year was up, albeit minor issues, when you spend a lot on a quality truck, you don't anticipate that your key fob ($175 to replace) or decals, will just fall apart.
I'm giving a one star, because the service manager didn't have the time to come talk to me,after 3 voicemails with one call back.
I typically keep this stuff to myself, but when a desk person comes back and says, sorry I managed to get 5 minutes of his time and he said to tell you there's nothing he can do. If you want to talk, give him a call or come back another time?
Sorry to say, but that is not customer service. Especially when one can easily see, the minor damages were not caused by "wear and tear".
I've now reached out to GMC themselves to see if they are willing to provide the service I feel warranted for a vehicle you spend good money on.
