Talked about the new features my truck didn’t have. Zero pressure. Older gentleman Blue tooth was finally fixed after 1.5 years from day 1 of every single person saying my voice was echoed and poor call quality. Hurray ! $0 Recall on 2021 at4 5.3 Sierra was completed. Didn’t notice any issues before or anything different after. So that’s good. Just some software update. Yay! $0 Tires rotated to get rid of a god awful sound from The front end tires that was so loud you couldn’t carry a conversation in the front seats. $39.95 The reason it’s not a 5 star is as follows My truck had 2 complimentary oil changes which were both completed at wills chev. (I mean $75,000 truck …. So I’m sure it’s factored in) But anyways…. I was never told to and it was never done to rotate my tires. At 35 ,000 they started making bad noises. Like everyone else I didn’t put the owners Manual beside my toilet and become a master of the truck. If I had of been told to rotate the tires every oil change (like it calls for) I would have. So the last 6 months have been to most annyoing sound at 45kmph and 95-100kmph. So going forward my advice would be to advise people on anything even if they decline the work, just so they know and had an experts opinion. Yes I should have read the Manual but at the same time the service department would be more at fault. (I’m not innocent) When I brought the truck is I felt like the 2 staff members were trying every which way to blame me and not say “we should have told you” etc. I said “hey guys who’s side are you on??? I spent a lot of $ and I’m just after a little reasonability. I was there for 3 hours 2/3 things not my fault. I thought they would toss in a $40 tire swap but I was charged it. Out of principle if I was running the shop i would have said “we didn’t suggest it. Now you know. Your 3 hours twidddling your thumbs and had a xxxxty blue tooth for 1.5 years. We’re going to comp the tires service. Have a nice day. I’ve made Probably 1500 phone calls and all were followed by “hey your phone is horrible”. I didn’t freak out or cause a scene. Anyways. I’m all paid up and did try and get my $ worth in coffee with 3 and a granola bar ! Overall - work was done and successful. More

My husband and I are looking for a used vehicle. We phoned Wills Chevrolet to ask about a vehicle that was advertised. .We were told I will call you right back. 2 hours later we went to the dealershi We phoned Wills Chevrolet to ask about a vehicle that was advertised. .We were told I will call you right back. 2 hours later we went to the dealership and spoke to another sales person. We were told the vehicle we were interested in was at a different location and he would get ;the information and call us back. That was 2 weeks ago. We have not heard from either sales person. Not a great first impression of the dealerships willingness to help a customer. More
