Since the new ownership took over, the Service is terrible . I received at least 3 offers to trade in my Cadillac and even brought it in for an appraisal on a new one. No response from ANYONE.
Also booked an appointment for an oil change online, no word or confirmation from the dealer, which online person said they would.
Asked on my outstanding 0% loan balance, nobody ever got back to me either.
Computer system is DOS, so G.M. will most certainly loose business.
Oil change and tire rotation with a brief inspection took over 2 hours! Labour was almost as much as everything else.
I'm very disappointed as the person in the Service Department was one of the most dejected, sad excuse for customer service I've ever seen.
By the way I'm a G.M. retiree and former Union Representative who looked after 24,000 members as a Service Representative, so I know how to treat customers.
Not sure if I will go back to Premier again.
