We've been dealing with HMP for over 15 years first when we purchased a used suv than to purchasing our 2 new vehicles back in 2012. Just recently we made a new purchase in Aug for a new truck with an extremely positive experience with HMP sales Rep Jarret Baker. From the beginning to the end of purchasing our pickup Jarret connected with no detail unexplained. We requested a time adjustment to pickup vehicle up earlier than we first arranged and Jarret jumped in to make sure it would be done. Jarret went over and above to make sure everything we asked for was finished. As well I want to thank Susan Ridell for her ongoing professionalism. We will continue to purchase our vehicles from HMP! I had my Equinox in with Tammy in the service department. Tammy went above and beyond with us. We have an extended warranty and the issues were covered by warranty but the company was trying to give us the run around. Tammy followed up several times with the company and had several back and forth calls and correspondence to get us what we needed over the span of a few weeks. I had actually given up and decided to just leave it but Tammy refused to do that. She simply could have shrugged and accepted what they told her but she didn’t. She persisted and got us what we needed and deserved. She was a pleasure to deal with and is great at her job!

I have had my car serviced for oil changes, detailing and recently winter tires. The drive in service option makes you feel like royalty! Joe knows me by name and always has my car ready for pick up when he said it would be. I was never told I needed any “unnecessary extras”.
Not only was my car ready on time but when it was detailed it was like a brand new vehicle! Tony did an amazing job on the detailing of my car. You can see first hand that he takes pride in his work!
Even while working in a pandemic this dealership is professional and follows all protocols with regard to your safety.

From the very first visit to the dealership Shirly would go above and beyond to make sure her customers were well looked after, While going over what was wrong with my vehicle and how long it would take I mentioned to Shirley my wife was having medical issues and I needed to be as quick as possible. Shirley said leave your car with me and she arranged a car rental on the spot and had the company pick me up at the dealership with in mins....I was out the door in no time and on my way home. I have recieved that kind of service and attention every visit since and wouldnt think of going any where else. Top notch people and service with Shirley being at the top of the list.

First visit was for oil change alignment and annual check. Was offered courtesy ride home and a pick up. Great friendly drivers. When the tire I purchase was ordered and in shop I went back to get the tire installed. Waiting and tire installed in a timely fashion. Received water bottle, great bottle, keeps water cold for hrs!! My husband is envious of my water bottle. All service personnel’s I encountered those 2 days were friendly.

This review is for the owner at Vandusen. I had 4 run in in regards to service on my Terrain. The booking clerk for service is quite rude. When I explained to customer service at the call center. I told her I might be a bit late. She insisted the I get to the dealership. When I told her that I work a far distance and the service manager said to me that it will be ok. She told me on the phone that in future I will have to get there at 5:30pm. Very impossible for me, I told her that from the beginning on the phone. So I told her I will not come back at all. She told me that she will delete my file. So unprofessional of her. For those other drivers that is storing there tires at Vandusen, be careful as I had a problem with the storing my summer tires and rims. When I get them back there was lots oxidation on my rims. The service department tells me that there is nothing they could do. But after, I complained they had to get my rims refinished at there expense. So I got my winters from them this month and when I explained everything to the service manager, it is like they do not care about customers at all. So in the long run, this dealership has lost my business. Due to the unprofessional workers in the call center and service department.

Arrived for 10 am, screen for skylight needed fixing. The first time i asked them to look at it because it seems to stick and not roll in properly. I was told i have to use it more to loosen it then it will work fine.
I waited there, had a very bad cold, he said 2 hrs tops. After 2.5 hrs, I asked how much longer. After 45 min I was told the ceiling panel was off and just have to put back together. Finally, after a total of over 5 hrs, my Traverse was ready. I received a call asking if I can check in my SUV because one of their tools might be there. Really!! It wasn't there, my husband checked. I heard from a couple of my friends that because it what I'm getting the screen fixed was under warranty, they make me wait and fix other people's vehical first. Then it happened to my brother in law also. PLUS, there are dirty finger marks on the ceiling panel! Now I have to pay to get it cleaned. Anyone getting their vehicle fixed under warranty, be prepared to leave your car there ALL DAY.
