I took my 2014 Hyundai Elantra (that I purchased last year from Chevrolet Georgetown and am absolutely in love with) in recently to get a new key made and to fix a small chip in the windshield. Both Joe's were there but it was Joe Elliot who I spoke with, and Pat Mancini who set up my appointment. Since the chip was so small, Joe gave my car a great wash to see the damage better. It hadn't penetrated the glass and was more of a scrape resting on the surface so they fixed it up and sealed it in free of charge!
On top of that, every single time I have come in to look at vehicles, purchase my current vehicle or have oil changes/maintenance done, all staff members have been extremely helpful and welcoming. Thanks again guys :)

First visit was for oil change alignment and annual check. Was offered courtesy ride home and a pick up. Great friendly drivers. When the tire I purchase was ordered and in shop I went back to get the tire installed. Waiting and tire installed in a timely fashion. Received water bottle, great bottle, keeps water cold for hrs!! My husband is envious of my water bottle. All service personnel’s I encountered those 2 days were friendly.

Had an appointment to repair garage door opener control on a new Equinox. I showed up on time and they knew I was going to wait for the repair to be completed. I waited a full hour in the waiting room when a service manager came out to tell me the car repair hadn't been started yet and it would take a few hours to complete. Had to take their courtesy shuttle home. My complaint is the manager should have know in a few minutes his people were not going to start the repair for a few hours. Very, very poor customer service.

Very happy with the service. Very efficient with the work they had done to my car. Although, it was my first time to come to this dealership, I'd like to continue & have my car service done here. My service consultant (Angelo G.) explained to me in simple terms what needs to be done & gave me the quote before proceeding to do what I agreed to be done. A complimentary car wash gave me a smile on my face at the end of the service.

I usually go to different dealership and pay $70. I don’t understand how you can honestly charge someone this much for an oil change. Staff were too concerned with their computers and didn’t Seem too concerned about checking me in or doing the work. One service tech actually complained that my friend was trying to come in the wrong door (obviously didn’t know it was the wrong door) tech says “come on man, use the right door” pretty rudely , then opened the door for my friend and realized he said it a bit loud. No apology, no nothing. Possibly unrelated but I’ve never had an issue with my vehicle , had it there on a Friday, but Saturday I needed a new battery , Sunday was stuck in the freezing cold with a vehicle that wouldn’t start with a baby in the car for an hour, also had a new alternator put in on Sunday, and the charging system now has a problem.
Seems kind of fishy to me- needless to say I won’t be returning.

I own a 2019 gmc canyon diesel I bought brand new and being still a new truck I like to take very good care of it so I took it to this dealership the first time for its first oil change and of course being that I chose to wait for my vehicle and working in the automotive industry for years I knew it should take less then an hour for service. I wound up actually having to wait nearly 3 hours for service for a simple oil change. Obviously I wasn't happy so I was offered free oil change for future service. I was pleased.
Next time, I asked my wife to bring my truck to the dealership because the A/C infotainment was malfunctioning but by the time she got to the dealership the next day with my truck it was no longer making these issues but I still wanted the system reviewed just because it's still a new truck. When my wife got to the dealership to drop off the truck (and I did make an appointment explaining the issues) the lady at the service desk had no idea why my wife was dropping off the truck nor did they have any info about why she was there.
After explaining the issue again, the technician looked over the truck and as suspected didn't find the issue however the lady at the service desk said "If you learn to read the owners Manuel then it will teach you to use the system properly", offended my wife left there and called me and work telling me of the attitude by the service advisor. Naturally I was very angry and spoke to the service manager and was offered another free oil change in Lue of the attitude and poor customer service received. I accepted and that matter was resolved.
The next and last time my vehicle was brought to the dealership. I asked my wife to drop it off and a ride will be provided so that she can still doing things she wanted to do.
So I made an appointment to have my vehicle brought in for its routine oil change and knowing I needed new fuel filters (because it's a diesel) I spoke to the service manager asking if one of the oil changes owed to me can just be exchanged for having the fuel filters replaced and I'll pay the difference for the added costs and the manager agreed that because of previous service ive received and previous poor customer service that he is willing to accommodate this request. When my wife got to the dealership to drop my truck off then that's when everything changed telling me how I only had one free oil change available to me and nothing else will be done to my truck unless I agreed to pay full price for the fuel filters. I told the assistant manager on duty at the time I spoke to the manager of the service department about this service and with no documentation made of my truck he claimed he then refused the service all together. I asked him to call the service manager but of course was told he could not be reached and so I asked to go the the dealership manager and was told no.
My wife standing right there next to the assistant manager over heard him talking to a colleague saying how all I was is free service and how he's not going to offer me "crap". I called back speaking to the assistant manager and started arguing with him telling him how I just need the filters done and I'll pay it right then and they can reimburse me later. He said the truck was already pulled out of the shop and not bringing it back in.
One other MAJOR thing that really angered me is how they had my pregnant wife in tears and how a complete disregard for her had been made. She was supposed to only drop the vehicle off and that's when everything changed. To top it all off I made a special request for them NOT to was the vehicle Luke they always do after service and if my wife didn't speak up ad he was about to pull it into the wash bay then it was going to be washed.
This dealership im sure is amazing on the sales side but when it comes to the service department then I highly recommend you avoid this dealership for your vehicle needs unless you've got a tremendous about of patience for disrespect.

I brought my car for a check engine light and was charge $480 for wiring repair. As soon as I drove off the lot check engine light came on again. 3 times I’ve been back and they can’t figure it out. The service manager and service advisor are clueless. They know it’s a comeback for the technician and they refuse to work on my car until I pay again. The advisor was not informative about the repair or cars. Avoid this dealership if you can. I have a 2016 Buick Regal.

I had purchased a car and brought it to them for a full checkup. two weeks later as i'm driving the engine coolant light comes on. I had no leaks and the radiator was only half full. No to mention parts they changed that my mechanic told me would have cost me half the price. Total neglect in their part. I wouldn't bring a wheelbarrow there for service. I bet Canadian Tire has better mechanics. No more dealerships for me. Find a good mechanic and save lots of money!!!
