Three to four weeks passed and I assumed she had forgotten but then the next day she called to set up a date and time to have the work completed. All went well and the repair was done in record time. Two thumbs up for a great visit I have experienced recently from the service advisor Krystyna Davis. In May, 2021, my car was took in to the Wilson Niblett for a regular maintenance and as well to swap winter tires to regular tires. Krystyna reminded me that my wind shield blades need to be replaced and this brought up my recollection that the blades were back ordered at Wilson Niblett since November 2020. Long story short, Krystyna was able to resolve this back ordered situation very professionally and patiently. Kudos to her! A valuable employee in Wilson Niblett Motors.

I took my 2014 Hyundai Elantra (that I purchased last year from Chevrolet Georgetown and am absolutely in love with) in recently to get a new key made and to fix a small chip in the windshield. Both Joe's were there but it was Joe Elliot who I spoke with, and Pat Mancini who set up my appointment. Since the chip was so small, Joe gave my car a great wash to see the damage better. It hadn't penetrated the glass and was more of a scrape resting on the surface so they fixed it up and sealed it in free of charge!
On top of that, every single time I have come in to look at vehicles, purchase my current vehicle or have oil changes/maintenance done, all staff members have been extremely helpful and welcoming. Thanks again guys :)

First visit was for oil change alignment and annual check. Was offered courtesy ride home and a pick up. Great friendly drivers. When the tire I purchase was ordered and in shop I went back to get the tire installed. Waiting and tire installed in a timely fashion. Received water bottle, great bottle, keeps water cold for hrs!! My husband is envious of my water bottle. All service personnel’s I encountered those 2 days were friendly.

Had an appointment to repair garage door opener control on a new Equinox. I showed up on time and they knew I was going to wait for the repair to be completed. I waited a full hour in the waiting room when a service manager came out to tell me the car repair hadn't been started yet and it would take a few hours to complete. Had to take their courtesy shuttle home. My complaint is the manager should have know in a few minutes his people were not going to start the repair for a few hours. Very, very poor customer service.

I bought a late model used Buick Enclave from NewRoad Subaru but it was delivered to me with some issues and I had to take the car back to have it repaired by NewRoads Buick. Fully reconditioned NOT REALLY!
I was nervous about this vehicle because the issues should have been repaired before the car was delivered to me.
While the car was in getting the repairs , I asked to have a full diagnostic check done at my expense.
Had a full diagnostic but it wasn’t disclosed that the vehicle had an issue with the OnStar system. Later when I tried to subscribe to the service I was told that it was inoperative and had to be serviced at a dealer
I was told later that NewRoads does not have a technician who is OnStar trained and they would have to go outside for the service to be performed..
They neglected to offer any assistance for this issue and I was left feeling very disappointed and I feel that my dealer experience was very poor.
I would never recommend NewRoads dealerships to anyone.
