First of all, I want to pay special mention to Andre in parts, for exceptional customer service and attention to detail during a chaotic morning where my battery died leaving my home for a scheduled appointment with with Premier Cadillac in Windsor. Then the service from Randy and a few more gentlemen helping with shuttle and scheduling, Everyone was super nice and accommodating. All my issues with my Cadillac were addressed and wise recommendations were suggested. Things were quickly dealt with in a timely manner, and all things were replaced and taken care of..I am so very grateful for a speedy turnaround, being new to Windsor I was concerned with how I was going to be treated, but I am at peace and very happy with the work and service with all who helped me that day..Job well done..and many thanks and appreciation.

I appreciate your cooperation and consideration of my problems, Anthony, the used car manager. I truly appreciate it. I had to drop the car off at the dealership to get the software updated after receiving a recall letter from the manufacturer. I discovered the issue still existed when I received the car that same evening, and I'm not sure how to call to pick it up. And in order to correctly update the software, I had to get my car to Newroad once more, which was difficult for me because of the hours of my job’s hour. Anthony tried his best to provide me with all the facilities after I expressed my concerns to him. Having you should make Nowroad proud. Once again, thank you for your assistance and good luck.

Having a surgery with the best Surgeon is great, but it nursing is not good enough then the positions suffers if not die. Anytime I had any issue Roy Foss service friends most welcome me and everybody concern about your satisfaction. why does the service take so long at this dealership? i was in to have my tires mounted and balanced and so far it has taken over 2 hours. the service desk staff said that he would have me in and out quickly and to wait in the lobby. he didn't ask for my phone number so i was stuck there. After 30 minutes he came out and told me the tires were worn and that they should be replaced and then mentioned some other stuff that could also be done. the total would have been over $1000 dollars and i would have had to wait longer for them to bring the tires in from somewhere else. I said I didn't have the time today and have to be at another appointment. After that everything seems to slow down. If they already have my car in the shop and have looked at the tires why does it take another few hours to get the job done? I'm guessing cause i didn't want to pay for anything extra

Do NOT. I have a Buick. They did not fix my car, and in fact they did not understand what the problem was. IT'S A BUICK. They didn't know what was wrong with a BUICK. That didn't stop them from charging me though. When the problem resumed 2 months later, their response was indifference. No accountability, no ability.

I had purchased a car and brought it to them for a full checkup. two weeks later as i'm driving the engine coolant light comes on. I had no leaks and the radiator was only half full. No to mention parts they changed that my mechanic told me would have cost me half the price. Total neglect in their part. I wouldn't bring a wheelbarrow there for service. I bet Canadian Tire has better mechanics. No more dealerships for me. Find a good mechanic and save lots of money!!!
