Purchased second (2025 XT4) after bad experience with the first one (2019 XT4). Figured I would take a chance and buy again as Premier was under new ownership. Only thing that changed was the staff, not the way they do business. Came to Premier a couple of days before delivery to check a couple of things on the vehicle. Salesperson Sabrina took me to the vehicle which was parked inside rear showroom. Asked her for the key and was told that I needed to give her the balance owed on vehicle (per Danny). I stated that I would hand over payment when I take delivery. What do you think I am going to do? Steal my own new car that happens to be inside the dealership!! It's not enough that you have my $1000 deposit and the signed over ownership of my $ 30,000 trade in! She also stated that she would not be able to supply me with the extra (third) key fob as originally promised as she did not make enough profit to honor the original promise to include a third key fob. On delivery a paint chip on right fender, a scratch on the hood and left tail lamp were to be repaired, none of which was repaired. Sales person Sabrina was conveniently not available upon delivery, Reluctantly I took delivery of my damaged new Cadillac and broken promise (key fob) and left, Screwed over for the second and last time by Premier. Please don't patronize me my telling me to contact the dealership to address these issues, as I have talked to several dealership employes when they call to sell me services (maintance) and they always promise to look into it for me. Make your promises (if any) right here in writing and I will update review if by some slim chance you follow thru.
