All routine maintenance over the years included new tires, new brakes, new fluids, new filters, new battery, new windshield wipers, throttle body service, differential service, serviced transmission, spark plug wires changed, oil changes, They keep a good track record of all work done. The mechanics that have serviced the truck have always done a great job!

I visited multiple dealerships while shopping for my 2026 Buick Envision, and I was looking for someone who could really explain the differences between the various trim levels and features. Unfortunately, I wasn’t getting the clear answers I needed—until I met Taha at Premiere Chevrolet in Windsor. Taha took the time to thoroughly explain the different options and, most importantly, listened to what I was actually looking for. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me. Instead, he helped me choose the vehicle and trim level that best suited my needs. With so much new technology in today’s vehicles, I also really appreciated the time Taha spent with me when I picked up my Envision. He patiently walked me through the features, helped me get everything set up, and made sure I was comfortable using the technology before I left. From start to finish, it was a great buying experience. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable, patient, and no pressure. I would absolutely recommend Taha and Premiere Chevrolet!

Here's a polished version in plain, everyday language that sticks to the facts: I brought my car in on Wednesday morning and approved replacing the thermostat and housing on Thursday morning. When I called Friday morning for an update, I was told to call back that afternoon. When I called again Friday afternoon, I was told the car should be ready on Monday. On Monday afternoon I called again and was told they still hadn't started working on it. I finally got my car back on Tuesday afternoon. After driving it home, I discovered the thermostat housing was leaking. I had to bring the car back on Friday morning. Ironically, they completed the same repair in about half a day the second time. The biggest issue was the poor communication throughout the process. I kept having to call for updates, the completion date kept changing, and the repair wasn't done correctly the first time. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.

The sales team was extremely friendly but that’s about it. Once you get your vehicle, the customer service goes extremely downhill. You get a different answer from everyone, no one is aligned on the rules. If you ask a question, they act like they’re doing you a favour by even attending your call. I’m extremely disappointed with their service department and whoever is in charge of attending calls. It is nearly impossible to speak with your service advisor as they are always so “busy” but whenever I go there they seem to just be hanging around. I am stuck in a multi year lease so can’t do anything but I will obviously not be renewing with them.
