New Vehicle Purchase - Mark
I visited at least 12 other dealers before coming to Addison. I could have saved a lot of time if I started with them first. Great salespeople ( ask for Joseph) , great dealership, clean and organized service area.
The best wedding gift ever ! - Glenn&Wendy
Superior service from Glenn & team AGAIN! A year ago you gave us an amazing & unexpected wedding gift. Upon realizing that the oil of our new vehicle was extremely low, you saved the day by picking up our vehicle in Gravenhurst, having it serviced in Bracebridge & returning it to us in Gravenhurst ... all at no cost. We didn't know that kind of service existed anymore! This past long weekend we were in Muskoka & decided to get the oil changed. Arriving shortly before 1 we found out that service closed at 1. Once again we were not disappointed ... your mechanic offered to stay late & we were taken care of once again. Great old fashioned customer service!

Zero Customer Service! - Azzizzt
This dealership is great until you purchase the vehicle. They NEVER return calls and insinuate that you are a liar when you have an issue. I would save yourself the headache and go somewhere else! Worst experience ever!!
vehicle purchase - Flavian

Welcoming, organized, personable, professional - Kelly
when I drove in I was looked after almost immediately. Service was professional and friendly, kiefer was very helpful even with my insurance coverage obligations. The 2 ladies at the reception were also very friendly and professional. Over all my experience was excellent and will definitely come back there when I need services again.

6 Days to Replace Brakes - $2300 BILL!! - AJ99
I had dropped my car off on Thursday to replace the brakes. It was promised that it would be finished by Monday. I had not received a call Morning. So I called the dealership Monday morning, afternoon, Tuesday morning, afternoon, only to be transferred to a line that no one answers. i asked for a shuttle to pick up my car, they said they sent the shuttle but no one came.
I had been waiting for 6 days total, until I went to the dealership on Wednesday afternoon to pick up my car. That is when I met the Service Manager: MARK REED. I asked him for my car. He said that he would not give it to me. Being as it was a company car (the company I work for) he said that it was not my car. i brought the car to this dealership and he would not give it back to me.
I told him I cannot wait any longer for my car and I would take it to another dealership for repair. He still would not give me the car. I told him I will be making a formal complaint. A complaint has been filed with BBB, Chevrolet Head Office and my company's fleet service. I picked up my car at 5 pm where I had received a bill of over $2300 for brake service!!!!!!
I had not been notified of the other servicing that was performed. I have never been more disrespected and treated like garbage. The dealership manager took me aside and told me he was understaffed the day prior, which didn't explain the other 5 days my car was at the dealership.
I write this review in hopes that no one else is treated the way I was when I had taken my business to this dealership. Telling me that the car I brought to this company was not mine was disgusting to hear from a SERVICE manager. Not communicating with me about what will be worked on my car and over charging was the last draw. I will never bring my car to any Chevrolet/GM dealership. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any shop. Completely disorganized, rude and terrible communication.
Thrilled with being treated like a somebody - Cindy-Lou J
I would highly recommend Kenny of Markville GM ... he took the time to make sure I was well informed about the vehicle and options, actually the entire staff was friendly and attentive even though I was only buying a used car, most impressed. I am the happy new owner of a 2014 Chevy Cruze.
peace Cindy-Lou J
Purchasing of a new Chevrolet Spark - jonathan-g
I went to this dealership over the weekend to test drive a new Chevrolet Spark. The sales rep that I delt with, John, Agnew, and he put all my nerves at ease and made me felt comfortable during the whole process without making it feel like I needed to make a purchase.
So I left the dealership with pretty much knowing I was going to make the purchase and came back later on to do so. They made it easy and simple and should I need another car I would not hesitate to go back to them to do it.
Staff knowledgeable, friendly & very respectful of my needs. - Flowers
As a senior it is very refreshing to find a Dealership with such a vast understanding of my needs, Respectful & they go beyond their expected services. They are like family to me & greatly care about my concerns for safety. So refreshing they are the best Dealership I have dealt with.
Very happy - Ritabc
Mohsen Ketabian was looking after our purchase he was very patient , experience, helpful and professional. Our experience was great my husband and I will recommend this dealership.
Exceptional Experience - Cureatz
After a lengthy journey of car shopping I walked into Bennett GMC with not a lot of hope as my experience thus far with other GMC dealerships was rather disappointing. I was greeted and set up with a sale rep quickly. Craig greeted me with sincerity and respect and could read I was not there for your typical sales song and dance. He got the information to me in a timely manner and was upfront and honest with me.
What had taken me months...Craig and I were able to confirm a sale within a few days.
He went out of his way to make the process easy and we couldn’t appreciate it more.
Craig was down to earth, kind and organized.
Overall I would recommend this dealership as well as Craig Eccles as a sales rep to anyone.
Several cars purchased here - Vinnie
I have bought a Cadillac CTS and an Impala from Bolton GM. Great sales people, service advisors and service techs They do not use high pressure sales.
conveniently located, knowledgable and enthusiastic salesman - Barnan
We liked the salesman, his name is Dani Matar. He knows his cars and was very patient. He went through all the features with us. We would most definitely purchase another vechicle from Dani Matar in the future.

Great purchasing experience. - A Groves
Thank you Tyler Thompson for the great service you provided when I purchased my new vehicle. Also Steven Morrison for all the time he took when Tyler was off to hammer out the initial details. Friendly, no pressure, high quality service makes it easy to recommend Surgenor Barrhaven. Great team!
Customer Service is a foreign word. - Disgusted
1st visit- kept the car for 5 days and never returned my calls. Main problem was a broken door handle. I also pointed out that I was having electrical dashboard trouble since the car was still under warranty. They could not isolate or fix the problem. Told me to return when the problem was more consistent.
2nd Visit- Brought car back 6 months later when Dashboard was almost inoperable and was told that since the warranty had expired 4 months prior they would not fix it with out a substantial amount paid despite the fact that they had made note of the problem on 1st visit.
Car is 2.5 years old and has less then 42000 km on it.
Great experience with Jon Daze - J.Boileau
In Ottawa from out of town looking for new SUV. Jon Daze-Yach was able to find the perfect vehicle for us. Excellent service and all the staff very pleasant. Would recommend him to family & friends.
Great service - Jay
Teo is fantastic. He has everything ready to go and makes the entire buying process easy to navigate. He took the time to show me all the features of my truck and then called me to follow up a week later.
The dealership staff is very friendly.
Hopr for better days. - Sunnyday96
WE ALL HAVE GOOD DAYS AND BAD DAYS. Lets hope there is more good than bad. Things are not always what we expect, I trust Bob.
False information on insurance - Mary1980
2 years ago I bought a car in this dealer, CathyMancini Told me was a good option to buy a walk away insurance .Since the beginning she knew that I was self employed.
I couldn’t work anymore and I try to get the walk away insurance just to help me in 2 quotes of the car but when I called they asked me if I had EI employment insurance.
I told them no because I am self employed.
They told me they can’t help me because that insurance is just for employees with EI.
Cathy Mancini has not professional ethics.
How she can sell an insurance that is not suitable for people just to get a commission.
She gave me a warranty in the car that I didn’t need.
I gave the car back to the bank.
I lost a lot of money on that walk away insurance and warranty she gave me.
Good Sales Team - George
I recently bought a new 2018 Silverado Centennial Edition. the sales Team was very Friendly and professional, I would certainly buy here again in the future.

Amazing Service! - Toxix
Cannot thank Brady (Corvette Service Technician) and the rest of the service team at Forbes Motors.
Coming from Mississauga, I must have passed 6+ GM/Chevy Dealerships and Service Centers on the way to Forbes Motors.
I was referred to Forbes Motors in one of the Corvette clubs and was told that if I ever needed warranty work or service to only go to Forbes and have Brady work on the vehicle.
Brady took his time working on my vehicle, explaining what he was doing and how it was going to either change, improve or resolve the issues I was having with my Corvette Grand Sport.
On line ad said bumper to number 3 month warranty 30 day buy - 1006jim
I saw a on line ad for a car it was stating that 3 month warranty bumper to number 30 day buy back After driving there from out of town I got to test drive the car When I asked for extended warranty and fix a couple of things I was told now that there is no warranty no buy back How can they tell you anything just to get you in the door Then say it doesn't have any warranty There is nothing in the on line ad from cargurus that states they can change what they are advertising This is misleading and should be stopped
Terrible Customer service - EZ
I think when it comes to vehicle repairs we all know that things don’t always go smooth and even the best technicians don’t always get it right. However what really matters is how the repair shop deals with these situations. When this happens with the good shop that cares about their customers, they apologize for the inconvenience, they try to rectify the issue as promptly as possible, they even give you a discount for the aggravation if they did not diagnose the problem correctly and further repairs are required, or they don’t even charge you at all to correct something they did not do right in a first place. And this is even more so if you have been a loyal customer and provided them with the decent revenue over a number of years.
Well, don’t expect that at this shop. First of all don’t expect any apologies for the inconvenience. Also don’t expect them to rectify the issue as promptly as possible because their time is more important than yours and you will have to come back when there is an opening in their schedule. Also don’t expect any discounts or anything like that, in fact they will charge you again for the diagnostics that they failed to perform right in a first place. And if they still don’t get it right, they will do the same exact thing to you again. It is only when you escalate the issue to the management they would start taking things a little bit more seriously, though even then they will keep charging you money like nothing happened. And when they still don’t get it right and you finally refuse to keep paying for their incompetence, their General Manager has a nerve to tell you that they don’t work for free and if they can’t fix it you should not bother coming back. Seriously? Well I guess it explains the attitudes and the business practices of the whole shop. I think this person should be used as a training material to teach customer service representatives of what not to do in this job. I also wonder who would entrust somebody like that to run their business and tarnish it.
Oh, did I also mentioned that when they install the part that fails shortly after and needs to be replaced under warranty they don’t even tell you that and instead claim that problem is somewhere else, and of course charge you more money.
Bottom line, do yourself a favour and find a better shop to service you vehicle so you don’t end up in the same situation I have. And trust me these shops exist. I have been servicing one of my vehicles at Lakeridge Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ltd. In Port Hope for years and the way they have always dealt with any issues was impeccable often exceeding my expectations.
Terrible Experience - Leigh
Purchased a used truck from Strickland's. On May 2, picked up the vehicle. On June 13 the vehicle experienced mechanical failure resulting in an accident. Lucky the accident was 15 mins before the Raptor's game ended, or it could have been much worse. Vehicle will likely be a total loss.
I've had zero response from Strickland's.
I thought I was buying a safe, sound vehicle. It was certainly priced that way.
Never deal with This facility again - Douglas
Broke written warranty promises. Never divulged car was a rental until after they had my deposit and the check engine light came on right away.
No one works outside of banker hours - Mark
I worked with Robbie, he is smart enought to know when to work outside the script. We had a deal, no deposit, just our word. Then Robbie went on scheduled holidays and no one else cared about the deal.
My car was at another dealership, the deal was that I had to wait the weekend to see if that other dealership could sell it. They did not. I sent 2 emails and made a phone call to the used car manager who I was told was looking after me. He did not know who I was or my name when I called. Never responded to my emails.
Tuesday morning comes, and at this point I have done a lot of work to do this deal, more than anyone else in the deal. I was going to drive the 5 hours to get the car. Everyone else is just making phone calls or responding to emails or ignoring my emails. I, the customer, was the hardest working person in the transaction, think about that.
So, I decide I have to put a deadline on this BS, and I did. All anyone had to do was to reply to my email, it takes seconds. No one reached out. So, I nuked the deal, left scathing reviews for both dealerships. They both claim that the deal was done OR they were so close to doing a deal...LIARS both of them. They now just want to blame me, like spineless blobs with no character.
I was sent their email correspondence. There was no deal despite the used car manager saying it was all arranged, a blatant lie. He said it was all my fault, and then doubled down and said that the other dealer would no longer deal with them ever! What a ridiculous thing to put on a customer you screwed over by being lazy.
I find out that on Monday at 6:55 PM, 5 minutes before Seaway closes, an email was sent to other dealer. Other dealer responds in 5 minutes, but Seaway is closed. No response until Tuesday morning when I tell them they need to act and they ignore me. How on earth a place that is never open much, can operate on banker hours. When the manager will not respond to email after hours is some utopian socialist dream, and like all socialism, the results were inevitable. how these people think they can get paid by being so lazy is foreign to me, a man that retired at 50 by working 6 days a week, 12-16 hours a day.
They took a happy experience and turned it into hostilities, just because they are lazy. its just email, it is not work by any strecth of the imagination, I know work, work is with tools and shovels, this was so easy, its just shifiting papers. I know business too, and this was just a joke. it was so eay anf they scewed it up.
The used car manager then tels me I will get my deposit back, just perfect. There was no depoit, very dialed in.
No response from owner, so perhaps the problem is from the top down?
Last thought, why I was dealing with used car manager when the GM was the one that needed to do something I do not know. I do know I wouldnt want that squad managing me, and I wouldnt want to do business there, even when I get my Corvette I will go elsewhere for service.
