Cant be trusted to honour the contact made when we bought both cars, we were told if we also bought snow tyres and rims we would recieve free install and storage, now 5 yrs later we are told we will have to both cars, we were told if we also bought snow tyres and rims we would recieve free install and storage, now 5 yrs later we are told we will have to pay for storage, I would NEVER buy, or recomend anyone buy a car from this dealership, if you do get everything in writing. More
Had a safety recall notice to replace the adjustable toe link and was suppose to have a rear wheel alignment after the parts were installed. Made an appointment with Service Advisor Joe Lang. The work was c link and was suppose to have a rear wheel alignment after the parts were installed. Made an appointment with Service Advisor Joe Lang. The work was completed at no charge. Now comes the problem. Drove for approximately 15,000 KM and went in to have my tires rotated and they told me that the two back tires were completely worn out on the inside tread. I called Joe to have them check the rear wheel alignment that to my opinion the rear wheels were never aligned when they replaced the "safety recall" parts. He argued that there must be something else wrong with the vehicle and if I brought it in and they found it required a rear wheel alignment they would have to charge me for the work. I took it to a tire specialist and they advised me as far as they could tell the wheel alignment on the rear wheels had never been done. This is not the only problem I have had with this dealership. I got my oil changed there and on the motor it specifically says "Use Mobile 1" oil only. I have always used "Mobile 1" synthetic oil everytime I got an oil change. Joe, never even bothered to ask what oil I use in my vehicle and they put regular oil (not Mobile 1). I had the water pump installed (which I purchased from a GM OEM parts supplier) and I (see on my bill, they actually charged me $498.74 for a "Pump Kit". the pump I supplied cost me approximately $100.00. I would like to know what a $500.00 "pump kit" is and why I was charged so much for it. People, stay away from this service department. They don't do the work authorized to do properly and will only end up disappointing you and costing you more when you take it to a reliable mechanic. I will never return to this dealership again, but I will call GM headquarters and file a complaint. If I don't get any satisfaction, I will never buy another GM product. More

Today I brought the CarCost Canada print out and shows to the sales and told his I am willing to pay 4% on top of the dealer invoice cost as a dealer profit. The sales asked me to wait and talk to the sales manager for more than 30 minutes ( not much traffic in the dealer) and come back with a piece of informal letter size paper with offer price of FULL Retail price! it is really wait of my time today is first first of Toronto has 2 digits temperature after last week ice storm. with my past experience, I don't come across a "signed back" for full retail price . If you don't want to be treat a "stupid" car purchaser, ONE advise.....DON'T GO THERE! More

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE I was looking to buy a brand new truck so I went online and inquired about the 2018 Chev Equinox. To my surprise, I got a response from Kenny from Mar I was looking to buy a brand new truck so I went online and inquired about the 2018 Chev Equinox. To my surprise, I got a response from Kenny from Markville Chevrolet the same day. ( this was on the weekend ) He was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had. He was great !! I live in Barrie, but bought my truck in Markham because of the great customer service from Kenny. He made it very easy and painless. I will definitely buy my next truck from him again. More

Great communication and no pressure experience. Brittany and her manager Angelo were great to deal with. When the vehicle I wanted wasn't on the lot, they offered to bring one with no obligation fro Brittany and her manager Angelo were great to deal with. When the vehicle I wanted wasn't on the lot, they offered to bring one with no obligation from me from another dealership. I fell in love and we worked out a deal. What made this different from other car purchases was the fact much of the communication was by text, which is often more convenient for me. The only negative for me was that a couple of the details (paint blemishes) that I pointed out weren’t taken care of to my satisfaction when I picked up the vehicle. I have not had a chance to return to the dealership but I don’t think a brand new $50K vehicle should be delivered with dust nibs in the paint. Also I’m not sure the accessory tonneau was installed perfectly. I think these issues should either be fixed or credited but I simply haven’t had a chance to discuss this with them or I’m sure they would have already made things right. So customer service wise they get 110%. I just couldn’t give them 5 stars because of the issues with the vehicle on delivery. More
