Two thumbs up for a great visit I have experienced recently from the service advisor Krystyna Davis. In May, 2021, my car was took in to the Wilson Niblett for a regular maintenance and as well to swap winter tires to regular tires. Krystyna reminded me that my wind shield blades need to be replaced and this brought up my recollection that the blades were back ordered at Wilson Niblett since November 2020. Long story short, Krystyna was able to resolve this back ordered situation very professionally and patiently. Kudos to her! A valuable employee in Wilson Niblett Motors.

Had an appointment to repair garage door opener control on a new Equinox. I showed up on time and they knew I was going to wait for the repair to be completed. I waited a full hour in the waiting room when a service manager came out to tell me the car repair hadn't been started yet and it would take a few hours to complete. Had to take their courtesy shuttle home. My complaint is the manager should have know in a few minutes his people were not going to start the repair for a few hours. Very, very poor customer service.

Went into Mike Jackson dealership with my 2015 Cadillac SRX with the engine light on. They found the problem which was under warranty and ordered the part. Un fortunately the part did not come in on the day promised, and as I was visiting the area for only three weeks, I had to leave. But their service, professionalism, brought me back with the vehicle to get the job done. I was really impressed with how they do business. Went to Petrolia for 2nd opinion and Codes were exactly the same, yet on the paperwork the diagnosis wasnt. They clearly ripped me off! Also, as the paperwork shows from both dealerships! Petrolia was honest and transparent and Sarnia was Lying and deceiving. Sparkplugs did not need changed as said by another dealership. Good job Sarnia and thanks for avoiding all my Calls Justin.. The better business bureau has been contacted and will soon be calling.. Interesting enough they had said this is not the first time someone has complained about this dealership... Should have been honest folks!!! Look forward to getting my money back and an apology following.

I have brought my 2016 Silverado in many times for rough idle and stalling. It only had 90,000 km at the time. They told me I needed to change injectors, it was not covered under warranty and I paid $1400. It still had the same issue when I picked it up. The service manager told me I needed to put in a bottle of engine cleaner that they sell, ok I did that still runs the same. I went back a third time and it turns out the truck needed a new cam shaft and other parts that was about $7000 of work. Ok that was covered under warranty. Now fast forward 8 months I am still having issues. They told me I needed a new cam shaft wiring harness, again not covered. OK I paid the $800, I asked for the old part back and there is no signs of corrosion as they claim. The truck has 98,000 km on it now and it has had $10,000 of engine work done to it. I drive a Silverado and my wife drives a Tahoe. We were planning on upgrading this year. I guess they want to lose $150,000 in sales due to the poor service and refusing to admit the part was damaged by them. I am 100% sure they nicked the harness while changing the camshaft. I will bring it for an independent review. It is not about the $ it is about the truth for me. I did fight with GM Canada for 6 months and got back $600 for an injector. Not impressed with this place at all. The service manager called me and told me the job would cost $800 but he would "help me out" with the price due to what I had been through, well the bill came to $766, what a great discount...

Got a used Chevy Cruze here last year. They hid the condition of the car. The dealer sent only two pages of the Carfax, then was pushing me to come in and test drive it. After the test drive they finally sent the third page, claiming there was "a problem with their scanner". Yeah, right. Page three contained info about a collision.
After purchase, he gave me a dud second fob. The shop kindly replaced it later and said that was dishonest. After purchase, the guy also said "we did a safety and changed the oil, ready to go. A lie. When I had oil checked at the gas station they said " you need an oil change pronto." The service shop at Surgenor said the oil hadn't been changed in over 10 thousand kilometers and the gasket screw was stripped so they had to order a replacement part to actually change the oil. To their credit they did this for free (well guess what, your dealer sold me a car and lied about the oil change and the car's condition) On top of that, the front brake disks were already worn out and had to be replaced shortly after. Watch out for these guys.
