My daughter took her 2019 Kona in for recall inquiry, as is consuming oil like the recalled models and was told it was not on the recall list. They did a full service oil, filter etc etc, no charge thank you. Told My daughter they flushed the engine, nothing noted on the invoice ? then they said they inspected the brake system and there was major work required in excess of $950.00.
When I looked at her car this morning I noticed the not one rim was removed from the vehicle ( all wheel nuts had dirt that had not been disturbed) so what they did was guess work trying to pull the wool over the eyes of a woman. I was not impressed and would recommend ANY service they say needs to be done. don't do it till you have the vehicle inspected by an independent workshop or even two. BE VERY VIGILANTE ON WHAT THEY RECOMMEND TO BE SERVICED

If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would. From the moment we walked in I could see why they had earned such a good rating. Steven Griffith our salesman made my wife and I feel most comfortable the minute we walked in. Steven was very professional and attentive in every respect without being pushy. My wife said she hates going to shop for cars because she feels like she is in a carnival and everyone is trying to give her a sales pitch, however this time she loved the experience and felt quite at home. Steven was extremely helpful pointing out the different options that we were looking for and got us the best deal possible without loosing his job, Lol. Steven even went to bat for us for some surface scratches I wanted touched up, and introduced us to Dave Bishop one of the Sales Managers, that explained Nott's sales process and everything to us in greater detail about the deal we were about to make. Dave and Steven then introduced us to Tony Van Hoof and Tegan McGinity who walked us through the financing and warranty protocols. We even got a better interest rate than the financial institution we dealt with for previous 44 years. We definitely appreciated how the whole Notts Auto Corp Team treated us and made the experience effortless and enjoyable. This is one dealership that has been built on honesty, integrity and most of all, customer service and I would not hesitate in recommending Notts to any of my family members, friends or neibours in the future.

I bought a 2016 Toyota Venza Limited on August 18. Mike Shaw - my sales rep was professional, courteous, helpful and transparent which I greatly appreciated. John, the dealership manager tweaked the deal for me by adding new Goodyear tires, new brake rotors, 4 wheel alignment, oil change and new wipers in addition to the new windshield and minor dent repair.
I initially test drove a 2016 XLE Venza without the bells and whistles of the Limited model. When I advised Mike that I really wanted the Limited model, he called me to advise that they had sourced one at an auction and were bringing it in for me.
The 2016 Limited model was perfect, right color, one owner, low mileage and no accidents.
What I like about We Sell Autos is that they give you the carfax on the car and also let you take it to your mechanic to be inspected before you buy.
Overall, it was a great experience to buy from Mike and John.

Thank you JP. I appreciate the effort you made to make this happen. We traveled a significant distance for the particular vehicle we wanted. Vehicle condition was excellent and as described. No surprises. My wife has reservations about buying from a used car lot but the inventory here seems to be thoroughly inspected and too a high standard. Very classy showroom. We had a positive personal interaction with JP and got a great vehicle for a reasonable price Can't ask for more than that.

I am very disappointed with this dealership. I live an hour and a half out of the city, so I took the morning off of work to come look at a vehicle. Before I visited this dealer, I talked to a salesman about the vehicle and he said it was in very good shape and looked even better in person compared to the photos online. When I went to look at it, the vehicle was VERY scratched up, even after I was told it was in very good shape. The salesman even admitted he had never seen the vehicle up close until I was there. If he had told me the body was in poor shape, I maybe would not have made a special trip to go look at it. He also lied about the accidents the vehicle had previously, and he was not interested in talking to me when i had told him I did not need to finance with him. DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealer, they do not disclose full information until you find it first. Dishonest and shady, they only want the financing!

LITERALLY THE WORST DEALERSHIP TO DO BUSINESS WITH. DO NOT GO HERE NO MATTER THE SITUATION YOU ARE IN!
This story is extremely long with many twists, I will summarize it to fit in this review.
Spouse bought a vehicle from them, to which they completely misrepresented the vehicle. It doesn't have a block heater, a/c and they replaced worn tires with winter tires in the middle of summer, the window does not roll up all the way. The temp control knob in the vehicle was missing at the time we test drove the car so we were under the assumption the car did have a/c. We mentioned all the problems we found with the car and the salesman wrote them down. We liked the car otherwise. In the time things were being fixed and making sure were up to code, they could have mentioned to my spouse the vehicle did not have a/c. It was only until after the paperwork was signed that he found out it didn't come without a/c or a block heater. THIS IS MANITOBA! We were given advice to talk to the manager about our concerns, my spouse did just that. Took them forever and a day to get back to him as every time he called he was in a "meeting". All we wanted was to exchange the vehicle as we were told at the time of purchase was possible (we had 30 days to exchange the vehicle, it is also advertised all over their ads of a 30 day exchange policy), only to find out that it is only on cash purchases. The manager asked what the problem was with the car, to which my spouse explained he felt they misrepresented the car as he would have never bought a car with a/c or a block heater. The manager asks how it was misrepresented, and my spouse tries to explain further, only to be interrupted. The manager then proceeds to yell at my spouse telling him he worked "very hard" on this deal for him. My spouse tells the manager to please stop cutting him off, the manager then threatens to hang up the phone as "they both cannot speak at the same time" even though he was just trying to answer the managers question. The manager continues on yelling, saying my spouse needs to listen to him now. My spouse says I'm just trying to explain, the manager still yelling, threatens again to hang up the phone because my spouse is being "disrespectful". My spouse then says he is going to contact the consumer bureau, STILL yelling the manager says "go ahead and call them then!" After countless tries of my spouse trying to explain how the car was misrepresented, and being cut off, yelled and berated... he hung up on the manager. There was no getting through to this man. A manager should NEVER conduct themselves in this way. I work in a retail setting at high level, and would never treat a customer this way. I would get fired if I had.
Bottom line is, do not buy a car from these scam artists. EVER.

All I can say is Amanda and Mike made buying a good used truck easy. No pressure, have a look, take it for a drive, no issue. A few days after I bought it a second set of keys were found and they offered to bring them to my home, outstanding!!
