The minute our family of 5 (3 kids) entered the dealership we were treated with excellence. The no pressure sales approach was a breath of fresh air. Jaime fully transparent and patient as we drove 3 vehicles. We went home undecided with no pressure to buy. The next day Jaime was accessible via email and text and allowed my wife to take one of the vehicles for the day. This endef up being the vehicle we eventually purchased. Once we decided on a vehicle every one of our requests was considered by Jaime and delivered on.
We had to finance a portion of the price and Julie was a pleasure and made the whole process painless. We felt that she looked after our best interests throughout the process. She is a miracle worker!

Buying our vehicle with Winnipeg West was a top notch experience from start to finish. As soon as you enter the show room there is a calm, peaceful vibe plus the decor is warm, unique and comfortable. I had called ahead and made an appointment with Vince and he met us in the entrance with a great smile and a firm handshake. We test drove the vehicle, came back, sat down at his desk and made a deal quite quickly. It was pleasant. No insulting low ball offers for our trade in. It was refreshing all around and I feel it was a win win situation and that is basically what we are always looking for. Mark (the money guy) also came out and met us and he too was warm and friendly. No obnoxious, pushy, sales people here. We will definitely be returning to Winnipeg West for our next vehicle purchase.

Went in to check out the new xt4 and my friend bumped into Josef who was wearing a st mikes shirt. That’s where my buddy went and they started blabbing away while I checked out the floor model and it was real nice! I also knew they had a couple on the lot that would be right up my ally. I picked one out and we got down to business. I asked for the price after my trade and Josef and Frank got busy. They came back with a number that was good and now I’m a happy owner of a gorgeous xt4 and I met a couple good guys along the way!

The sales person (Nik) was very polite and professional. If he did not know the answer to my questions he quickly found it. The inventory is a huge list of low KM, excellent condition vehicles. The staff as a whole were friendly and courteous. The facility very clean and not cluttered. The lot is organized in a manner that makes sense. Pricing was good. Great job Nik, kudos to the staff! if there was a rating lower than 1 this place deserves nothing. Worst buying experience ever I had to call them each time when I wanted to know about the car I wanted to buy. Ended up getting the car because I loved it, they said they would fix the issues that it has, and again I had to keep calling them. They never know any of the answers, and their phrase was " oh I was about to call you, or I was about to get to it"

finance guy (steven) called me a fraud because i got insurance knowing i get laid off once a year. When i tried to use my insurance he told me no because i just recently bought the car. Steven was probably the worst guy ive wver dealt with at a dealership. The car it self was nice but a week later the bumper was drooping( body work needs to be done now from previous owner) the headlights stopped working (had to replace because mounts for lights were broken) and the window cracked from them “filling in” stone chips instead of replacing the front window. Still waiting on all my paper work as they said they would be sending it all through the mail i have not recieves even a junk mail from carvista never mind the paper work for the purchace of the vehicle.... DO NOT DEAL OVER THE PHONE CHECK THE VEHICLES THOUROGHLY BEFORE YOU BUY FROM CARVISTA

I made an appointment for 9 am today just for a simple oil change I arrived at 850 was told my appointment was for 930 no problem maybe I misunderstood
At 1045 my car was taken in ( why make appointments) at 10:40 I went to inquire and was told we will go and look and was told that guy sitting next to him messed up
At 1115 I was told that my tires were out of alignment and I needed an alignment ( read other reviews and they say the same interesting )
I said if I don’t then what they said it would be bad for the car I gave the go ahead and at 12 my car was done and for my wait they gave me a whole 15 dollar discount and they made sure to tell me .
It took 35 min to bring me my keys and at that I became upset
I have read the other reviews and it seems there is pressure put on the service advisors to get extra work done to cars as the time before I had to have my wipers replaced as the were worn and I asked for the old wipers back and was refused
I see noted in my copy of this work order my air filter is noted to be yellow and it was replaced in October and 5 thousand km later it is dirty ?
I am a senior and a women and I am being taken advantage of

Went there a couple of months ago..... Complete waste of time. I saw a vehicle that I liked on the website. Went there to check it out. Got to talk with Arlin (he was very rude by the way). Talked to their sales guy, then we found out the vehicle that I wanted was from Crown Nissan. So the sales guy showed me other vehicles from their inventory but I did not like them. So they said they will find a way to get the car that I wanted from Crown Nissan. After 2 hours of waiting at Automax sales guy said he will just give me a call asap so see how things worked out. So I waited 3 days no call... decided to call him and he said he still has no news regarding the car I wanted but he said he will call me back the next day. 2 days passed no call... i called him back maybe twice a week for 2 weeks but all I get is his answering machine. I left several messages asking him to call me back.
At 3rd week my wife stopped me from calling them. It felt like I was waiting for a job interview or something... frankly they made me look like a fool or desperate. I was going to spend my money on them and this is how they treat customers?!
What got me even mad was they collected all my details and got me pre approved (they did a credit inquiry).... all for nothing!!!
Wasted my time visiting Automax... looked like a fool waiting for their call... wasted a credit inquiry that will now show on my credit history.

Was all set to buy a Journey but the Uconnect didn't work...needed a software update but instead of offering to fix it, they decided to walk away. Wasted 3 hours of my time, with an old man that had no clue what he was doing, had to call the boss 20 times, couldn't even refund my deposit back properly, had to write a cheque. They clearly sell vehicles they know are faulty, cuz whoever buys a silver 2013 Journey from them, they know about it and it'll be your problem. Avoid them at all costs

This is the worst dealership ever! I was naive and 18 when I purchased a car. They sold it to me for 28% interest, they sold the car with plenty of misinformation, when I thought I’m almost done paying the car off and called them they told me I owed another $25,000. I’m now having to almost file bankruptcy. The company has a corporate culture of greed and deception. They’ve pushed several customers to bankruptcy. There will come a time when all this is going to catch up with them, and I hope one day they try to rip someone off with resources and capability to fight back.
Low-km Minivan with Lots of Problems. Poor Service. - Schnitzel
I was very disappointed with my purchase of a low-mileage minivan at CAPS Int'l, Selkirk, MB. Neither the van nor the service from this company met my expectations. I would not purchase from this business again.
Here's my experience:
Sep 24, 2016: 2005 Montana SV6 van purchased from CAPS International, Selkirk, MB, with 122K km for $5250 + taxes. Before concluding the purchase I asked the salesman what would happen if I discovered problems with the van the first week or two after purchase. Salesman said that in that event they would do what they could to help me. (He said they couldn't give me a new engine, of course, but they would do what they could to help, since they have a reputation to uphold.)
When I got the van home, I noticed that the tires were underinflated (< 20 lbs per tire).
Sep 25: Van driven from Winnipeg to Grand Forks. Several issues with van discovered.
Sep 26: I emailed CAPS and reported the issues:
(1) Check Engine Light - PO171,
(2) Fuel gauge malfunctioning, reading empty shortly after fill-up,
(3) Non-functional CD player,
(4) Electric door locks not working,
(5) Key fobs not working.
Oct 3: Van brought into CAPS Int'l. Code PO171 confirmed by the techs and cleared. CAPS told me to continue to drive and see if the code reappears. CAPS promised to look for a replacement CD Player.
Oct 7: I emailed CAPS and reported that engine code PO171 had re-appeared.
Oct 7: CAPS replied, saying they would speak to the techs about the PO171 code.
(no other reponses from CAPS)
Oct 25: I emailed CAPS asking if they intended to fix any of these reported issues.
(no other reponses from CAPS)
Nov 9: I forwarded my Oct 25 email to CAPS again, asking to please reply.
(no other reponses from CAPS)
Nov 12: I phoned CAPS to ask why they had not responded to my two previous emails. They claimed that my emails had gone to a Spam folder. (Strange, since none of my previous emails with the same Subject line had apparently gone to Spam.) I also reported a new problem with smoke coming from the driver-side rear wheel. CAPS promised to send tech(s) the following week to release the rear wheels and drive the van to Selkirk for repair.
(no van pickup and no calls or emails from CAPS)
Dec 2: I phoned CAPS to ask what happened to their promise to pick up the van. They expressed "surprise" that no one had picked up the van. I told them I had scheduled a tow for the van from my home to CAPS in Selkirk.
Van towed to CAPS Int'l Selkirk at my expense.
Dec 27: CAPS reported to me that they had fixed the emergency brake, the engine light, and the fuel gauge. It seems that the emergency brake and engine light are indeed fixed, but I can't confirm whether the fuel gauge is fixed. I ended up fixing the door locks and fobs myself.
The CD Player is still not fixed.
Bottom Line: I expected better from a low-km vehicle from this business. CAPS ignored many of my requests for help. Not once did CAPS International apologize for failing to respond to my requests for help or for not following thru or dragging their feet on their promises.
