A great experience. - storq21
Loved Larry and the team at Auto Gallery, they made us feel very welcome and buying a car a great experience. I was told by a coworker that AG was a great place to buy a vehicle and he was right. I have already recommended AG to friends and family.

A very professional dealership - Go Ni
First of all I would like to say that in the past 8 years I have purchased four new autos in Winnipeg. For each I did a lot of research and visited a mutitude of New Auto lots to test drive the latest vehicles. One of my best repeat test drives out of all of the over ten I had visited was at VW AutoHaus on Pembina.
Each time the vehicle was easily asked for and given or was pre-set-up for me to come and drive. Follow-up discussions were done after each drive in a professional way and later contact from this dealer was done unobtrusively. Ie I did not feel I was getting pressured but was being taken care of as a potential purchaser.
I now have to give special shout out to AutoHaus Manager Mr. Cody Wood, sales rep Mr. Steven Wen and Financial Service Manager Mr. Daniel Ribeiro.
Mr. Wood, took an active roll in dealing with my additional car buying questions OVER A YEAR AGO and because of his unwavering, professional answers and follow up, I knew that if I was to buy a VW, it was going to be with him and with this dealership he represented.
His professionalism and professional knowledge went way beyond most sales persons and that he took "extra time" to give me detailed responses, went a long way in gaining my trust. The overall buying experience because of him was way beyond "top notch!" Mr. Cody Wood
is the consummate professional!
At each step of the buying process I received prompt answers and follow-ups from Mr. Wood. When final considerations to purchase were completed he then handed me over to Mr. Steven Wen who then continued with the required final preps in picking up my Sportswomen. Steven went out of his way to make sure "all customer concerns" on my part were met, all dealership requirements were met and that questions or issues were dealt with in a professional way.
Days later he contacted me to say parts for my vehicle had arrived. He arranged a time to have them installed and did the installation himself. I never felt that I was not valued as a customer. Subsequently Steven has been actively looking for me for some after market parts. This is the kind of follow-up professionalism a customer not only expects but appreciates! Thank you Steven.
And, finally I do have to give a shout out to Mr. Daniel Ribeiro, Financial Service Manager who spent great lengths of time with me a year ago as a sales rep at this dealership and who looked after me in a professional way in his capacity as Financial Manager after my purchase. He dealt with all of my questions post sale in a most professional thorough way.
So in conclusion these three gentlemen are what all private purchasers should want to have as "top rated" professionals looking after their new car purchases.
I would Highly recommend AutoHaus on Pembina to my friends and relatives.
Well done men and thank you for making my new car purchase an enjoyable experience!
Now it is VW's time to keep me as one of their long term customers!
Great staff! - Joseph

great experience - Justin
My dad was a salesman and I don't think Mark quite knew what he was getting into when we walked in to do some comparison shopping. We went to a used truck dealer after looking at new vehicles and told him on the phone that we were passing on new in favour of financing used for a much lower price. Within a couple of days, he sent me an e-mail to tell me about a 2015 F150 that had just come in, much closer to the price we were looking for. Pretenses dropped, we had a very amicable experience with Mark looking at the used truck. He had the mechanics put it up on a hoist so that I could could inspect the undercarriage. The rear main pinion was starting to seep and he got it replaced. I was also able to see a scan of the computer right after a test drive so I knew there were no codes to worry about. We came to an agreement on price and made a deal. I threw Mark a curveball and he handled it like a champ. Excellent salesman, all around good guy, he'll get you exactly what you're looking for while acting ethically.
No pressure and helps you find what you are looking for - Michaelp
Alan was part of my first vehicle purchase and recently my second. He was very friendly and never made me feel the presure to buy now or I would be missing out which was a big feeling I got from other dealerships salesmen when I was looking.
Very glad I met Alan and he made my first vehicle purchase fun and presureless.

They are very friendly here and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. After checking out several other dealers we bought our chevy cruze here as they had the best deal and friendliest staff. Also finacning was very straight forward. A great family owned business!

Best Used Car Purchase I Have Ever Experienced! - Ridgeline
Buying our vehicle with Winnipeg West was a top notch experience from start to finish. As soon as you enter the show room there is a calm, peaceful vibe plus the decor is warm, unique and comfortable. I had called ahead and made an appointment with Vince and he met us in the entrance with a great smile and a firm handshake. We test drove the vehicle, came back, sat down at his desk and made a deal quite quickly. It was pleasant. No insulting low ball offers for our trade in. It was refreshing all around and I feel it was a win win situation and that is basically what we are always looking for. Mark (the money guy) also came out and met us and he too was warm and friendly. No obnoxious, pushy, sales people here. We will definitely be returning to Winnipeg West for our next vehicle purchase.
After 12 yrs, returned for a good deal - jands
After a 12 yr hiatus and lots of research, we were comfortable returning to McNaught. Ironically, we were able to meet with our original Sales Specialist from 12 yrs ago. He, along with his colleagues, did whatever it took to make the deal happen. And, it worked out great for us! It took a little longer than expected (approx. 6 hours), but we ended up on their Wall of Fame! A big thank you to Jozef!
Good experience - TD
Service was timely, thorough, and friendly. Would definitely recommend and will visit again for our future service needs for each of our vehicles. Thanks for the excellent service experience!
A Nightmare - jitendra
The communication: Terrible. The people: WONDERFUL! The speed of service: slow as can be. I would never in a million years go back to St. James VW. Go get your car somewhere else. St James VW is just not worth the stress
Quality used vehicle and service - Jason
Autoquest in Winnipeg is always a pleasure to deal with and their prices are very reasonable. Right from the start when you talk to them, their focus is “ What can we do to help you and find what is right for you?” Be it a vehicle on the lot or leaving a detailed list of what you are wanting and looking for, they will do everything they can to find it. No pressure and no hassle sales is their way. They answer every question you ask and will tell you if they don’t know the answer. They will then find the answers and not try to bs you. I DEFINITELY recommend visiting them if you are in the market for a used vehicle and want to deal with quality service!!!
Amazing Dealership - t24
The people here are very helpful and understanding! The best dealership in town. The people here are very friendly and they truly care for their customers!
Worst dealership ever - Mrfresh
if there was a rating lower than 1 this place deserves nothing. Worst buying experience ever I had to call them each time when I wanted to know about the car I wanted to buy. Ended up getting the car because I loved it, they said they would fix the issues that it has, and again I had to keep calling them. They never know any of the answers, and their phrase was " oh I was about to call you, or I was about to get to it"
Great prices - Electronvon
They have great prices on all vehicles in Winnipeg Was treated with respect and allowed to make decisions. I would recommend them to anybody And the sales staff are very knowledgable on the maker cars they’re selling I will be buying another car from them to in the future
Not a welcoming experience - Dennisp1989
finance guy (steven) called me a fraud because i got insurance knowing i get laid off once a year. When i tried to use my insurance he told me no because i just recently bought the car. Steven was probably the worst guy ive wver dealt with at a dealership. The car it self was nice but a week later the bumper was drooping( body work needs to be done now from previous owner) the headlights stopped working (had to replace because mounts for lights were broken) and the window cracked from them “filling in” stone chips instead of replacing the front window. Still waiting on all my paper work as they said they would be sending it all through the mail i have not recieves even a junk mail from carvista never mind the paper work for the purchace of the vehicle.... DO NOT DEAL OVER THE PHONE CHECK THE VEHICLES THOUROGHLY BEFORE YOU BUY FROM CARVISTA
Friendly - Pol911
Very helpful and will accommodate your needs. They will find the car that will fit your needs and will work to meet your budget and vehicle needs

Garbage - Wuv123
Ran credit check twice without PERMISSION stating it wouldn't ruin already "bad credit" like that is a professional comment to use when selling vehicles. Commented on review with personal information witch is illegal sales person gave us the run around witch was clarified only after I posted a bad review called me many times to remove my review and a person who I told the whole situation left a review only after they threatened to put mine and my hubby personal information in the comments was hoping we could reach a resolution on this matter as we do have a vehicle with them and really liked the service we had 2 years ago but this place has gone downhill since then so will not be coming back here ever again also suggest we surrender our current vechile witch would only hurt our credit not help
4 vehicles now! - Gerbear
Murray at Deals with integrity has been an excellent salesman. I’m now on my 3rd vehicle (Subaru Forester) and one for my son. He helped to find me my retirement car at the quality and price I was looking for. Honesty and very transparent with all aspects.

Disappointed.... - CarguyHeero
Went there a couple of months ago..... Complete waste of time. I saw a vehicle that I liked on the website. Went there to check it out. Got to talk with Arlin (he was very rude by the way). Talked to their sales guy, then we found out the vehicle that I wanted was from Crown Nissan. So the sales guy showed me other vehicles from their inventory but I did not like them. So they said they will find a way to get the car that I wanted from Crown Nissan. After 2 hours of waiting at Automax sales guy said he will just give me a call asap so see how things worked out. So I waited 3 days no call... decided to call him and he said he still has no news regarding the car I wanted but he said he will call me back the next day. 2 days passed no call... i called him back maybe twice a week for 2 weeks but all I get is his answering machine. I left several messages asking him to call me back.
At 3rd week my wife stopped me from calling them. It felt like I was waiting for a job interview or something... frankly they made me look like a fool or desperate. I was going to spend my money on them and this is how they treat customers?!
What got me even mad was they collected all my details and got me pre approved (they did a credit inquiry).... all for nothing!!!
Wasted my time visiting Automax... looked like a fool waiting for their call... wasted a credit inquiry that will now show on my credit history.

Low-km Minivan with Lots of Problems. Poor Service. - Schnitzel
I was very disappointed with my purchase of a low-mileage minivan at CAPS Int'l, Selkirk, MB. Neither the van nor the service from this company met my expectations. I would not purchase from this business again.
Here's my experience:
Sep 24, 2016: 2005 Montana SV6 van purchased from CAPS International, Selkirk, MB, with 122K km for $5250 + taxes. Before concluding the purchase I asked the salesman what would happen if I discovered problems with the van the first week or two after purchase. Salesman said that in that event they would do what they could to help me. (He said they couldn't give me a new engine, of course, but they would do what they could to help, since they have a reputation to uphold.)
When I got the van home, I noticed that the tires were underinflated (< 20 lbs per tire).
Sep 25: Van driven from Winnipeg to Grand Forks. Several issues with van discovered.
Sep 26: I emailed CAPS and reported the issues:
(1) Check Engine Light - PO171,
(2) Fuel gauge malfunctioning, reading empty shortly after fill-up,
(3) Non-functional CD player,
(4) Electric door locks not working,
(5) Key fobs not working.
Oct 3: Van brought into CAPS Int'l. Code PO171 confirmed by the techs and cleared. CAPS told me to continue to drive and see if the code reappears. CAPS promised to look for a replacement CD Player.
Oct 7: I emailed CAPS and reported that engine code PO171 had re-appeared.
Oct 7: CAPS replied, saying they would speak to the techs about the PO171 code.
(no other reponses from CAPS)
Oct 25: I emailed CAPS asking if they intended to fix any of these reported issues.
(no other reponses from CAPS)
Nov 9: I forwarded my Oct 25 email to CAPS again, asking to please reply.
(no other reponses from CAPS)
Nov 12: I phoned CAPS to ask why they had not responded to my two previous emails. They claimed that my emails had gone to a Spam folder. (Strange, since none of my previous emails with the same Subject line had apparently gone to Spam.) I also reported a new problem with smoke coming from the driver-side rear wheel. CAPS promised to send tech(s) the following week to release the rear wheels and drive the van to Selkirk for repair.
(no van pickup and no calls or emails from CAPS)
Dec 2: I phoned CAPS to ask what happened to their promise to pick up the van. They expressed "surprise" that no one had picked up the van. I told them I had scheduled a tow for the van from my home to CAPS in Selkirk.
Van towed to CAPS Int'l Selkirk at my expense.
Dec 27: CAPS reported to me that they had fixed the emergency brake, the engine light, and the fuel gauge. It seems that the emergency brake and engine light are indeed fixed, but I can't confirm whether the fuel gauge is fixed. I ended up fixing the door locks and fobs myself.
The CD Player is still not fixed.
Bottom Line: I expected better from a low-km vehicle from this business. CAPS ignored many of my requests for help. Not once did CAPS International apologize for failing to respond to my requests for help or for not following thru or dragging their feet on their promises.
