I bought a truck from Kyle at Fedoruk's he assured me they stand behind the vehicles they sell. A week later the truck left me stranded in -40. I will never go back to this dishonest dealership. More

Seven years ago we purchased a Chevrolet Cobalt and it is still a great car for our kids; getting them to jobs and university. My truck was wrote off, so had to look for another one..in my price range, checked Portage, Dauphin, Treherne,Elie...then checked here,not a lot of choices,,came down to two Ford's..truck was clean in one..in my price range, checked Portage, Dauphin, Treherne,Elie...then checked here,not a lot of choices,,came down to two Ford's..truck was clean inside,motor looked clean,taken care of,so decided to take the ons..day we went to pick it up,had to wait they found heater fan needed a part,then one of them noticed it had command start,but was not working,anyway,,,got it ,and two days after had taken it to work and next morning looked out window..big puddle underneath truck,,,so called them,they said to take it to the mechanic they deal with in Portage...on the way ,could hardly turn the steering wheel...so told them about that,,,so get mechanic to fix it and bill them...while at the shop the mechanic found issues he felt could cause problem down the road..Talked to dealer AND he did not seem concerned............IF you are going to buy a vehicle here I suggest you ask a lot of question's...not sure who does the saftey's..I would see if you could get your mechanic to check it out ...UNDERNEATH and all over.. More

Sketchy and Untrained Was all set to buy a Journey but the Uconnect didn't work...needed a software update but instead of offering to fix it, they decided to walk away. Wasted 3 hours of my time, with an old man that had no clue what he was doing, had to call the boss 20 times, couldn't even refund my deposit back properly, had to write a cheque. They clearly sell vehicles they know are faulty, cuz whoever buys a silver 2013 Journey from them, they know about it and it'll be your problem. Avoid them at all costs More

Nightmare purchase I purchased a Jeep Patriot in 2017 and I've had nothing but issues with the vehicle since I purchased it. My first tip off should have been that it's weird that they would use Canadian Tire to do their safeties instead of ACTUAL mechanics. All the work "they did" gave me issues. The tie-rods and control arms they replaced? All were not put on securely and I'm lucky the whole front end of the Jeep didn't fall apart with me and my children in there. One pot hole would have been a disaster. I am STILL 2019 replacing the "repairs" they've done and subsequent damage those repairs have done to my vehicle. I'm a mom of two small children with a spotless driving record. I never pushed this vehicle and do mostly city driving. Do yourself a kindness, save some money and hardship and look somewhere else for a vehicle. More
